I found out about shifting not too long ago actually, and I think it sounds awesome. So I wanted to try it out for myself! I've gotten super close a couple of times, where I could almost smell my desired smell in my DR.
Anyways, I'm mostly going to keep a journal here, but also make little chapters about the Raven Method, script templates, my script, affirmations, and stuff like that. I can also answer questions! (though I'm not sure if I'll actually get that many reads lmao)
