Ello!
Today I've got some tips I have come up with for myself that may help me (or you) in the future!

- Noise. Having a quieter room really does help as I've found. If you can't get it quiet enough maybe try listening to subs.
- Plan. By this I mean don't wait last minute to pick a method. If you pick a method/combination of methods beforehand, it seems to help because you're more prepared.
- Focus. Focusing really does help. Try to clear your mind and rid yourself of any negative emotions.
- Visualize. Try to visualize as much as you can in the first person. If you feel yourself drifiting off to the third person (like I do sometimes) try to bring yourself bakc by visualizing your legs or hands.
- Space. It's very hard to shift when a sibling tries to sleep in your bed with you or in a cramped spot. It's better to have more space.
- Script. Script as much or as little as you like!
- Pace. Pace yourself and take breaks to not get frustrated.
- Feel. Try to use your other senses when visualizing. What do you smell? What can you touch?
- Disconnect. Don't focus on your body too much or worry about if you'll shift. Try not to move your body too much unless you get too uncomfortable.
- Relax. Shifting is supposed to be fun! Remember not to push yourself too hard! Shifting does NOT have to be overly complicated!

That's all for now! If I come up with anything else, I might make a part 2.
¡Hasta luego!
