Chapter 10

Skylars POV

"Awe that was cute!" I looked at Cam he nodded his head and agreed with me. And to be honest I had a hard time focusing on the play because all I could think about is Cam. He's just so sweet and cute and I think he'll be really good for me.

"You ready to go Skylar?" he stood up and handed out his hand. I took it and nodded.
"Are you hungry?" he asked while walking to the car.

"A little bit"

"Wanna go to in n out?"

"Yeah sure," we got inside his car and drove to in n out. After we ordered we sat down and just talked some more. I honestly love talking to him. I learned a lot about him. He told me that he wants to be a full time photographer/director but he's still going to school for that, and that's why he works at Forever 21. (Idk if this is actually true, but in the story it is, so yeah let's just stick with that:))

I also told him about me. I told him how my parents divorced at a young age, and how I moved to Las Vegas with my dad and his girlfriend. The whole reason they divorced is because of my dad and Candy. Candy was his girlfriend at the time. They didn't last too long which was surprising because they moved to Vegas to start a new life with each other and with me. I explained how my dad met Star which was really cute. It was when we were on vacation we were at Santa Cruz and me and my dad were in the water throwing the football back and fourth (if you and your family/ "squad" do this too ily) and I threw the football a little too far and it splashed in the water right in front of Star. And he kept apologizing to her even though she said it's okay like 1,000 times. And after that, Star invited us over to her spot under the shade so we moved our stuff.
And I even told him about when I first saw Kalin I thought he was cute. I never told anyone this til now and it's really awkward because he's literally like gonna be my brother next month.

"Ready to head home?" Cam got up and started walking to the car.

"Yeah" I followed him and got inside the car.

Once we got to my house Myles answered the door. He looked really happy when he opened it then he looked at us, his smile dropped. He turned around and walked back to the couch next to Kalin.

"Hey how was it?" Kalin asked

"It was fun" I smiled.

"Hey I'm gonna chill with the boys is that okay?" he closed the door behind him

"Yeah I'm just gonna go hang out with Melonie.. thank you for tonight, I had fun" I hugged him and ran upstairs to Melonie.

"MELONIE!" I screamed and ran into my room. She looked sad but then she smiled at me when I started explaining what happened on our little "date".

Melonies POV

"AWE that's so cute!" I squealed.

"I know, I feel really happy with him! He makes me feel really good. Like I have such a weird feeling with him, a good weird feeling though! I know I just met him and I should like take it slow, but I feel like he's really really good for me!" she blushed. She seems really happy with Cam I shouldn't ruin that for her...

Skylars POV

"What's wrong?" Melonie had this weird look on her face. "Do you think Cams not the one?"

"OH! No of course I do! I'm just jealous that's all!! Haha you guys are gonna be literal relationship goals!" she acted all happy. I know something is up, she's hiding something.

"What are you hiding from me?" I sat back on the bed and gave her a serious look.

"NOTHING!" she defended.
