Chapter 9

Skylars POV

"So... you and Cam?" Melonie smirked at me.

"What?" I blushed and sat on my bed.

"I see you blushing!!!" she jumped up and down and sat on the bed.

"What no I'm not!" I turned my head so she wasn't looking at me.

"Stop it, I know you are!"

I looked up at her and smiled.

"Awwweee," she smiled back, "are you guys gonna hang out later today?"

"Yeah, which reminds me" I pulled out my phone and started texting Cam. "I have to make sure he's still up for tonight"

Hey, Cam, do you still wanna hang out tonight?

Cam: Hi yeah I get off in like an hour. I'll pick you up?

Yeah sounds good! ☺️☺

"He's picking me up" I looked up from my phone. I had such a big smile on my face. I just met Cam and he already gives me butterflies.

"Where are you guys gonna go?" she asked and went up to my closet looking at my clothes.

"I don't know yet, but I'm pretty sure he's gonna want to say hi to the boys."

"Oh yeah, forgot he knew them..."

**beep beep**

Cam: I just got off work. I'll be there in like an hour or two😄

**an hour before Cam arrives**

"Just wear that you look fine!" Melonie rolled her eyes.

"You sure?" I adjusted my top and looked in the mirror.

"YES!" she screamed.

"Okay," I sat down infront of my vanity and started fixing my hair and doing my make up. I was wearing my all white SK8-HI Vans, boyfriend jeans, a white crop top and a black and white varsity jacket. Something casual because I didn't know exactly where we were going.

After I finished putting on my makeup and fixed my hair. I heard a knock at the door.

"Just in time" I cheered and skipped downstairs. I opened the door. He had a black Vans hoodie, grey jeans, black SK8-HI's, and a black SnapBack.

"Hi" he hugged me.

"Oh come in" I laughed.

"You look beautiful" he smiled at me and looked me up and down.

"Skylar who was at the-" Kalin came downstairs. "Oh hey Cam! You weren't supposed to come till tomorrow"

"Oh hey bro, yeah I was supposed to go with Skylar somewhere." he pointed at me then at the door.

"Whoa whoa whoa, hold up, how do you know each other?" he looked at us.

"We met today at the mall" I explained

"And you guys are already going on dates?" Oh yay over protective Kalin. I rolled my eyes.

"Kalin can you please not, not now, not today!" I threw my hands in the hair.

"Kalin!" Myles came running down the stairs "aye bro you have to see this vine it's hekkA funny!"

"No not Myles!" I rolled my eyes and leaned on the wall. I just wanted to go out with Cam without having Kalin get over protective and Myles not getting mad or jealous. I know that Myles had a "feeling" for me to, and I didn't want to be a jerk and pretend that I didn't either. He looked up at the three of us and saw Cam.
