Daddy Issues

Chapter 36:

I woke up this morning and surprisingly, Draco was still here. I smiled as I realized his arms were wrapped around my waist. Instead of me laying on him, he was laying on me. It was nice.

But I didn't stay happy for long because I also realized I needed to use the bathroom.

"Draco, I need to pee." I whispered and he didn't move.

"Draco, get up. I need the bathroom." Once again, no reaction.

I tried to wiggle my way out of his grasp but he just held onto me tighter. I squeezed his side, where I knew he was ticklish, and he jumped back.

"Thank the Lord. I'm going pee now." I said getting up.

"Why would you do that?" He groaned.

"Well for starters I had to pee, and I was thinking we could actually do something today." I said sitting back down on the bed.

He smiled and rolled over, laying his head in my lap.

"I have an idea, but it's gonna be a surprise. I've been waiting to do this with you for so long." He said excited.

I leaned down and placed a soft kiss on his lips, "I can't wait."

Draco had left my room about 1:30 and it was now 2:48. He told me to wear something comfortable, so I put on some leggings and one of Draco's hoodies.

I straightened my hair and put on some mascara and lip gloss. Draco liked my strawberry lip gloss so that's the one I put on.

"Can I come in?" Draco asked from outside my door.

"Yes, come in." I yelled.

He walked in wearing grey sweats and one of his hoodies. I got up from my vanity and walked over to him. I wrapped my arms around him and he wrapped his arms around my waist.

He lifted my face and gave me a soft kiss, "You look beautiful."

I smiled, "You look handsome as always."

He pulled me into another kiss and then smiled into it, "Strawberry lip gloss?"

"Your favorite." I smiled proudly.

I pulled away and his hands dropped from off my waist. I slipped my shoes on and then grabbed his hand.

"Ready to go?" He asked and I nodded my head.

He brought me to the Quidditch field. He led me to a blanket with a picnic basket on it. I couldn't stop myself from smiling.

"Do you like it?" He asked and I looked at him.

"I love it." He kissed my head and then sat down on the blanket.

I sat next to him and he opened the picnic basket, pulling out my favorite food, (insert your favorite food here).

"You remembered?" I asked.

"Of course I did, I remember everything about you." He said proudly and I blushed.

I never realized he paid so much attention to me.

After we ate it had gotten pretty dark. We had put all the bowls back into the basket and Draco laid back on the ground, opening his arms.

"Look at the stars with me love."

I laid in arms as we looked at the sky.

"The sky looks beautiful tonight." I whispered.

"Not as beautiful as you."

My stomach fluttered and I felt my face heating up.

We spent the night just looking at the stars until I felt something drop on my arm. I looked and saw it was a droplet of rain. Before I could warn Draco it started pouring.

We both jumped up and hurried to grab all of our things but as I started walking away Draco grabbed my hand. He pulled me close to him as my arms wrapped around his torso, while his left hand rested on my waist and his right hand cupped my face.

He deepened the kiss as he slipped his tongue into my mouth. He pulled my body closer to his and I wrapped my arms around his neck.

Our mouths worked together as the rain fell down on us. He ran his hand up my back and then cupped the left side of my face.

He kissed me deeply and passionately as both of his hands rested on my face. Draco had brought his hand down to my side and squeezed, making me laugh into the kiss, him laughing also.

He pulled away and we locked eye contact.

"We're soaking wet." I said and we both laughed.

"But the kiss was amazing." He said and I nodded.

We looked into each other's eyes for a while longer in the rain and then I cleared my throat.

"I'm kind of cold now." I said and he looked down before chuckling and looking back up.

"Yes, of course, let's go and get changed into warm clothes." He said grabbing the basket.

I grabbed the blanket that was now soaking wet and we walked back to our rooms.

"I'll get a change of clothes and then come to see you." Draco said before walking off to his room.

I put the wet blanket in my dirty towel basket and then decided to take a quick shower. I got undressed and then got into the warm water.

I washed myself and I heard the bathroom door open.

"I'll be out in a minute." I said and finished washing my hair.

I turned the water off and stuck my head out of the curtain, "Care to give me a towel, Draco?"

He smiled and handed me one before I stepped out and dried myself off and then I wrapped it around me.

I walked out into my room and got some clothes and underwear to change into. I walked back into the bathroom and looked at Draco. He didn't leave the room but I just ignored him.

I got changed into dry clothes and then I dried my hair a little with my towel.

"I'm exhausted. Lay with me?" I asked and he followed me to my bed.

He opened his arms but I shook my head, "No, you come lay on me."

He moved over and laid on my chest, in my arms. I rubbed his back as he wrapped his arms around me.

"I had fun today." I whispered.

"I did too." I felt him smile against my chest.

We sat in the silence a while longer before my eyes got heavy.

"Goodnight love." I said breaking the silence.

"Goodnight darling." He whispered back before I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
