Training and Training and Training and... Hiking?

The next morning I woke up feeling completely rested and energized. I got out from under the covers and gave my limbs a nice stretch. I looked over to be met with the tuff of spiky blonde hair and radiant red eyes, but there was no one next to me.

I sat up and slowly looked around the room. It's not like Bakugou was hiding or anything, he just wasn't here at all. He left and I didn't even realize. Then, I heard a buzz from my bedside table and saw I had gotten a text.

Sorry, didn't mean to just leave like that. I went to get some training done.

[fireball]
It's no worries.

Did you sleep okay? You didn't seem to have any nightmares.

I slept alright. Thank you for asking and for staying here. What I did was probably really awkward.... sorry  o.o

Do you want to go on a hike with me sometime this week?

but alright, it's a date then.

I don't know what exactly it is that Bakugou and I have going on but I'm pretty sure people who used to hate each other's guts don't go on dates. I don't know if we're even friends. I've slept in the same bed as him twice now and honestly I'm more confused than ever. But for some reason.. seeing him makes me so.. warm inside.

I clapped my hands on either side of my cheeks to wake myself from whatever daydream I was about to fall into and get my shit together. Bakugou was off training and I'm sure most of my friends are too. I don't have time to just sit around, I'm already behind the others. I got out of my bed and got ready for the day. I made sure to eat and started planning a day filled with lots of training.

I refuse to be behind forever.

Days went by and all I did was train and do schoolwork. I hadn't seen Bakugou since the night he slept over and we haven't talked passed a "hey" in the cafeteria every so often. I have no clue as to when our 'hiking date' is and I'm not sure now would be the time to ask him about it.

Everyone has noticed he's been more quiet lately and if I'm being honest, he hasn't been looking like himself. I leave him alone though, because it's not my place to get involved.
