"The other students are still at the training gym, you can go ahead to the classroom while I go get them." Mr. Aizawa said as we were leaving the recovery room.

"But I only had one match." I started to oppose, "Please sir it wouldn't be fair to the others."

Mr. Aizawa groaned. It was obvious he didn't want a repeat of what just happened and that he was concerned for my well being.

"I promise sir, I won't go overboard and I won't ever use my black flames." I practically begged him.

He reluctantly agreed and we headed toward the training ground where everyone else was. A few of them showed concern for me but after reassuring everyone that I was okay and ready to keep fighting, the matches continued.

____

"Wow Mineha, you're so strong!" Ashido praised me in the locker room while we were changing back into our uniforms.

"Thanks! I try to train as much as I can" I replied with a smile.

Despite the first match, everything went pretty smoothly afterwards. Today is still going to be a good day and I won't let a little slip like that ruin it.

But still.. I can't believe that happened. I promised I wouldn't use it and the minute I was provoked, I lost control..

"Hey Mineha! Wanna sit with us at lunch?" Uraraka offered, snapping me out of my thoughts.

I don't have time to be in my head right now, I can worry about what happened on my own time.

"Sure! I'd love that!" I agreed with a smile.

____

During lunch I sat with Uraraka, Todoroki, Midoriya, Iida, and Tsuyu. They were all really nice, even Todoroki forgave me after I apologized for the millionth time for injuring him.

"Kacchan can be a real pain. I'm sorry he did that to you." Midoryia said.

"Kacchan?" I asked.

Is he talking about Bakugou?

"Deku and Bakugou have known each other since they were kids and have always gone to the same school. That's what he calls Bakugou and Bakugou calls him Deku. I call him Deku too, but for different reasons." Uraraka beamed.

I hummed in response, nodding my head as to show I understood the odd nickname Midoriya has for the blonde gremlin.

Uraraka was really sweet and it seemed this friend group was really nice, I'm glad I got invited to sit with them. Lunch is really fun with them!

____

Once lunch was over we headed back to the classroom for Hero Analytics and then our day would be over. I have no clue as to what the class could be so I was a little nervous but still excited.

When everyone was seated, Mr. Aizawa walked in and started going on with what we're doing today.

"Awesome we're picking hero names!" the kid with the tail exclaimed loudly, I can't seem to remember his name.

Midnight walked in a little bit after he said that. She would be helping us pick our hero names since Mr. Aizawa said he was no good at it.

We were to write down our names on a white board and then present them to the class. Once we presented, Midnight would tell us if they were good or not.

I had a couple of ideas in mind but I wasn't entirely sure. Maybe hearing everyone else's ideas will help inspire me and help me come up with my own....

Boy, was I WRONG. All of their names were so good I felt pressured to make mine amazing.

Red Riot! Froopy! Creati! Tsukuyomi! Chargebolt! Uravity?!? WTF THEYRE ALL SO GOOD. WHAT AM I GUNNA DO?!?

I scrambled to come up with someone I really liked and enjoyed while others continued to go.

"KING EXPLOSION MURDER!" Bakugou proposed.

"Uh, too violent." Midnight rejected.

No surprise Bakugou would pick something lame as that. What kind of hero would call themselves murder?! He's definitely not right in the head.

More people were going meaning I had less time to think. Both Iida and Todoroki chose to go by their first names. Midoriya chose 'Deku' giving a totally new meaning to the mean nickname Bakugou had given them when they were kids.

Good for him!

"LORD EXPLOSION MURDER" Bakugou wouldn't stop with these ridiculous names.

"No." Midnight shut him down immediately. Bakugou started walking back to his seat when Midnight made eye contact with me and I froze.

"Mineha! Just because you're new doesn't mean you won't be a hero! Come on up!" She beckoned.

I gulped, everyone was staring at me now so I had no choice but to do up and share. I had to come up with something, but I wasn't sure if it was good or not. I took a deep breath as I stood at the podium and flipped over my white board.

'The Light Hero: Blaze'

"Oh very interesting! I like it!" Midnight boomed at me. Everyone else seemed to also like it so I was pretty happy with the reaction.

"Now that you've all got your names, let's talk internships." Mr. Aizawa got up from his sleeping bag and started talking to us.

He went on about the sports festival and how some of the students got recruited while others would have a different list to choose from.

crap I just got here, do I get to do the internships too?

"Mineha, you'll be participating as well." Mr. Aizawa stated. That answers my question.

He handed out sheets with a list of hero agencies and told us all to pick one by the end of the week.

I looked over the list, but I already knew who I wanted to go to and he wasn't on my list, but someone else's.

"Hey, Todoroki! Got a minute?"

A/N:
there's a reason she chose "light hero" instead of something like "fire hero" but that's for a later chapter hehe
