Chapter 8

This was Emma on her date^
(Kyler's POV)
As I was getting into bed, someone started knocking on the door. I thought they would go away but they never did, I mean it was midnight, who would be knocking?

I went downstairs and opened the door, and suddenly noticed I don't know this person.
He grabbed me, and put his hand on my mouth.
"Don't say anything if you want to live." He whispered. By this time is was freaking out, but I don't cry. But I stayed quiet, and quietly sobbed.

He started to go around and look through the cabinets. He still didn't find the money bin, thank god.

He started to walked toward me looking angry, and slapped my across the face. Once I shook it off, it was burning. Then he kicked me in my side, forcing me to lay on the ground. I saw him start to swing, then everything went black.

(Hayes POV)
I woke up at like midnight when I heard a car door slam. It was parked in Kyler's driveway. Once I saw it wasn't Blair I got really confused.

I put some pant on, and got a bat. Because what if she is being hurt, or robbed. I was getting angry, no one will touch Kyler.

I ran to her house as fast as I could and slammed the door open, I heard Kyler wincing in pain. Shoot. I ran to where I heard it and she was laying on the ground and, the guy punched her in the face. And she passed out I ran to him and hit him with the bat, harder than I would hit a ball.

I was so pissed, but I got over it when the cops came and took him away. An ambulance came for Kyler, I rode in it with her. She looked so helpless. I was starting to tear up, I need her. I know I'm only in 8th grade but I need her. I love her.

(Emma's POV)
After I got back from my date I was so tired so I went to bed.

I was awoken by my phone ringing. It was 1:23 in the morning who is calling me?
E-hello?
H- Ky got hurt, bad, she got beat up by this guy who broke into her house.
E-what?!
I said starting to cry.
H-just come to the hospital
E-okay I'll be there soon
I frantically looked for Nash's number. I called him talking him what happened, he was with Blair. He said he would come pick me up. Thank god I just need to see my best friend, I hope she is okay. I started to pray to God that everything would be okay.

(Nash's POV)
I was sleeping next to Blair. She had come over just to relax. And she fell asleep so I just layed next to her.

I was awoken by a call from Emma. She said she needed a ride to the hospital, because Kyler got hurt, and Hayes was already there. I had no clue what to do so I got untangled from Blair, and drove to Emma's. Because Blair couldn't know about this yet, not now.

Once we got to the hospital, We saw Hayes. He had been crying. Man he really likes her.

Emma ran past Hayes to the desk, to ask where Kyler was.
"Kyler Joba, please." She asked
Sorry sweety visiting hours are over.
"You think I give a crap?"she said.
"Watch your mouth with me."
"Whatever" she said walking away pissed.
I looked at emma, she looked at me, then held up a key chain with keys on it, we all smiled.

Once we got to the room, Emma found the right key and opened the door. We found Kyler's folder. She was on floor 5 room 13. We put the folder and were about to leave when we saw a bodyguard blocking the doorway looking at us.shoot
