(Kyler's POV)
The day after I got cleared to leave from the hospital, I needed to clear my head. I went to where I always clear my head, to a dune, that looks out to the ocean.
I walked outside, and the salty breath of air made me feel better already. I started to walk out to my spot when I saw Blair. In my spot.
I walked over to her and sat down. She didn't even look at me, or even care that I looked sad. Normally she would be talking to me, and staring at me, wondering what was wrong.but nothing.
It is not like it is my fault that no one told her that I got beat up by my ex. Nash is some friend not to tell her. I would've been really mad at him, but she is being all even more flirty with him, than normal. It is gross. Because Blair is like my mom. (Like darry from the outsiders) she is still fun like a sister but she is like the mom that I never had.
"So, you and hayes?" She said breaking me from my thoughts.
"Yea, we are best friends." I said. She just raised her eyebrows. "Okay there is the Blair I know." I said laughing.
"So, any new juicy gossip?" She asked. I told her about Emma and Josh, and how Nash, Hayes, and Emma broke into my room just to see me. And how Hayes and I had kissed when we first met. She just sat there looking really entertained. She laughed at some points.
When I was done talking we just sat and watched the tide come in, the sweep everything out with it. It was so pretty living in Florida.
