Chapter 9

(Kyler's POV) I woke up to hear screaming. It was hayes. And then Emma, and Nash. Why were they hear. Wait where am I?

That's when all the memories fled back. I was beaten up, by someone. Someone I didn't know, but once I looked closer, before he swung, I relised who it was.... My ex-boyfriend, Matt.

I know what you are thinking, no it's not Matthew Espinosa. He is too nice, I would never break up with him, if we were together.

His name is Matt lafantico. He was Italian. He was a very protective boyfriend, which isn't bad.... Sometimes. He had a lot of trust issues. When I say a lot, I really do mean a lot. He was like a female Taylor Swift.(btw I love her)
Anyways I really hate him now. He got so mad at me for talking to another boy at school, he beat me up. He was so mad. I knew that couldn't ever see or talk to him ever again.

These thoughts made me so angry. I took the pillow from behind my and chucked it across the room. I started crying because, I just couldn't take it anymore.

The nurse ran in to ask me if I was okay. "No, I need to get out of here, I need to talk to my best friends." I cried.
"Okay sweetie I'll find them, because one have been dying to see you.
"Thank you." I said forcing a smile.

10 minutes later, Hayes walked in. I was so thankful to see him, I started to get up, but I felt dizzy, and i sat back down rubbing my head.

"You okay?" Hayes said sounding sad.
"I am now, now that you are here. Thank you soooo much for never leaving, I am really- he cut me off but smashing his lips to mine. It caught me off guard, but I kissed him back.

We separated after a few minutes.
"Where are Nash and Emma?" I asked.
"Emma had to get home, and nash was her ride. I wanted to stay with my best friend, and it was worth it." He said smiling. I just blushed. I couldn't hide my smile. I looked up and he was looking at me.

I couldn't resist, I put my hand around the back of his neck, and kissed him. It felt so right. Like no one else was in the world.

But truth is, there was. Nice people like Emma, and mean people like Matt. Maybe, just maybe he will someday leave my alone. Hopefully. I have been waiting for that day since the day he hit me.

But that didn't matter because I have hayes. He is mine. And I like, no I love him.

(Emma's POV)
I got home at 9am, after Nash dropped me off. I needed to talk to someone. And obviously I couldn't talk to Kyler, so I decided to call up Josh.
(E-Emma j-Josh)
J-hello?
E-hey Josh its emma
J-hey cutie
E-I just needed someone to talk to, do you think you could come over?
J-anything for my boo
E-haha, that sounded so cute when you said it.
J-you're cute
E-stop it(I said giggling)
J-alright bye cutie
E-bye boo
I laughed before hanging up. He was so cute. Wait I barely got any sleep, I probably look like crap.

I took a really quick shower, I threw on a big sweatshirt and some yoga pants. I put my hair in a messy bun, because it was still wet.

Josh arrived 10 minutes after I got dressed. Thank god.

"Hey Josh." I said as I opened the door.
He came in and gave me a kiss on the cheek."hey baby." He replied.

We have actually become really close since last night. I was texting him while I was at the hospital. So he got about the same amount of sleep as me. I think he really liked me. Because I liked him too.

We watched Netflix for the rest of the day, I dosed off a couple times, and Josh just cuddled me in more. He was so nice to me. I never wanted to leave his arms.
"Hey Josh?"
"Yes emma?"
"My head fits perfectly in your neck." I said giggling.
He just smiled and pulled my closer.
He was so cute.

(Nash's POV)
When I got back to my place, Blair practically jumped onto me. "Hello to you too." I laughed
"Where were you? I tried texting Kyler too but she never responded."
"Yea about that, there was this thing that happened."
I explained the whole story to her. she was really mad I didn't wake her up, but she also was just concerned about Kyler. "Well I want to see her." She said."sorry Hayes,Emma and I already tried that. We kind of got kicked out until the hospital wanted to talk to hayes. And Emma needed a ride so, I drove her home then came here."
"That's fine. You were just looking out for hayes and Kyler." She said.
"Thanks." I said and hugged her. She said she needed to get home and have some thinking time alone. I okayed it, and she left. Man, her walk is hot. No, Nash Kyler and Hayes are together, you can't like Blair. I whispered shaking it off.(wow 2 references on t-swizzle in one chapter)
