First Meet: Hongjoong

It was an unexpected sight for Hongjoong. He walked into his studio, ready to dive into his work, only to find a girl standing beside his manager.

"Hongjoong, this is Somin. She's one of our newest trainees," his manager explained. "She's training to be a rapper and dancer, and she produces a little, which is what I want you to help her with." With that, he simply left the room, leaving a slightly bewildered Hongjoong and the new trainee.

"Well, that's awkward," Somin mumbled, breaking the silence. Hongjoong chuckled. "Is he normally like that?"

"What? Just bringing people in and then randomly leaving?" Hongjoong replied with a laugh. "Nope."

"So, Somin," Hongjoong started, leaning against his desk, a small smile playing on his lips. "What kind of producing do you do? Like, what kind of beats do you mess around with?"

Somin shifted, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "Mostly hip-hop, R&B... a bit of everything, really. I'm still trying to find my sound, you know? It's all just sketches right now."

"I get that," he nodded, pushing off the desk and walking closer to the large monitor displaying his music software. "Everyone starts somewhere. Do you have anything with you? Even just a rough idea?"

She hesitated for a moment, then reached into her bag and pulled out a sleek tablet. "Yeah, I've got a few things. Nothing finished, though."

"Perfect," Hongjoong grinned, genuine curiosity sparking in his eyes. "Sometimes the unfinished stuff is the most interesting. It's where you see the raw potential." He gestured towards a vacant chair next to his setup. "Wanna plug in and show me?"
