Chapter 7: Blame the Phone

People has thier own hypocrisy. I have mine and I'll never deny that. But sometimes, some are just... cruel.

"The suspects are clearly just seeking attention. I'm gonna ask you Ms. Fajardo, do you think there is something bigger behind this?"
Nataranta ito. "No, Ms. Locsin. What I meant is the suspects. Don't you think they are just escape goats recruited by cops to close this case immediately? You know well the stealing hasn't stop even the suspects are in jail. To answer your question, I do think there is something bigger behind this." mahabang paliwanag niya.

"I wanted to seek for your opinions because I thought you could help me be enlightened and inform the public. Turns out you misunderstood me." she said all disappointed.

I just ignored him.

'Meow...' the cat greeted.
There, I smiled. "Hello." umupo ako para hawakan ang pusa.
