TOL (Best friends Boy and Girl Love Story)

College Years 1

HEY GUYS XgrimagelX here, as you all may know there is a new story arc which is the college years.

Quick summary of what happened during High school.

Troy, Rohan, Quinn and Chan are best friends. Rohan likes Quinn, Troy  likes Chan and Quinn. Troy   tries to move on and meets Leanne. Which then causes him to drift apart from the group, Rohan's happy, Quinn and Chan are not.

Troy and Leanne breaks up after 2 years, Leanne leaves for the US. Leaving Troy  Heartbroken, but makes him re-join his old group. Quinn and Chan are happy, Rohan is not. The two fight and Troy   ends up avoiding his group again.

Troy then got word that his uncle was in an Accident and he needs to go to the US with his Family. He leaves all his friends behind without telling Quinn or Chan or Rohan.

College Years 1

Quin POV

"The waters coming in get out of the car now!" Troy yelled. The Car was sinking fast, the Truck driver had slammed our car right off the road and into the river.

I quickly unsnapped my seat belt and opened the door letting the water flow in causing the car to sink faster.

"GO GET OUT OF HERE!" he yelled, I got out of the car and looked back. The car was tilted with the hood underwater and the back still at the surface, suddenly I noticed that Troy wasn't out yet. Troy was still inside but something was wrong, his seat belt was jammed, he was struggling to get out but the water wasn't helping.

I quickly tried to open the doors but then realized that if I opened it water would go in more quickly. I was helpless, the car was almost fully submerged and all I could do was watch. I was frantically slamming my fist on the window of the car but it was useless.

"NOOOO PLEASE NO" I cried. As the car submerged, I dove underwater and saw Troy through the windscreen struggling to open the door. Water had already filled the car and he was on his last breath.

"Nooooo!" I cried underwater slamming my fist on the windscreen. Troy stopped struggling and looked at me reaching his arm out to me. But I couldn't do anything. My lungs burned, I needed air. I reached out for him but the clear acrylic prevented me from reaching him. I had no choice but to swim up.

The moment I breached out of the water I swam back down only to see the Car disappear into the darkness.

I sat up breathing heavily and sweating all over, shocked from the dream I had.

'What the hell was that' I asked myself. I headed for the bathroom and rinsed my face. Troy has been gone for three years, but this was the only time I dreamt of him, and most of all it wasn't even a dream, it was a nightmare.

I headed for the kitchen to prepare some food, it was already 6am, and my first class was at 8.

Chan became more mature over the years after Troy left. She lost the habit of yelling out yay, jumping around and being easily impressed or distracted by simple things.

I on the other was devastated, I cried my eyes out during the first few weeks, I lost appetite and my social life. Everything was just so pointless without my best friend around. The person that I could really talk to about my problems was Rohan, He was there for me when I was feeling down, he cheered me up when I was pained. I once stooped so low that I decided to cut myself, but luckily Rohan stopped me from doing it and brought me back to my senses.

*bzzzzt*

I checked my phone, I was Rohan. "Good morning babe, meet you at school <3".

Ever since Troy left Rohan began to give me gifts, flowers and sweet gestures. After a while He asked me out but I denied him, after another while he asked me again and still I denied him. Then after another while he once again asked me out and I had no choice but to say yes.

He told me he was the happiest guy in the world and he would do anything just to make me happy. I had to admit Rohan was sweet and I soon got over the "we are best friends" awkwardness.

'kay Babe' I replied and continued making breakfast still puzzled about the dream.
