Im Guessing It Was Leo's Fault

You guys probably thought I forgot all about this... But I didn't! I just suck at writing so I don't do it.

Calypso's Pov

I screamed and dropped my phone, covering my mouth with my hands.

You could hear Travis and Connor screaming from the phone, "Oh my gods, what happened!?! Hello? Hello? Hey?? Calypso what's going on?"

I ran over to Percy and held his shoulders.

"Percy? What's wrong? You must be having a flashback! What do I do? Percy!" I shook him back and forth but it didn't wake him up.

Miss, what's going on here?" A cop came and kneeled down examining Percy. A few people started crowding around us but I didn't pay attention to them. I wasn't ready for this, I don't know what to do... Gods I feel so useless!

"He has PTSD. I think he's having a flashback or something..." I told the officer trying to stay calm.

"Is there anyone we should contact and tell them about what happened? They might possibly know what to do-" The cop was cut off when all of a sudden the screaming stopped. All the attention was on Percy now. He goaned and sat up. "I can't believe that just happened." Percy was staring at the ground for a few seconds then stretched his arms up. He placed his hands behind him like he was on a beach.

After a little while I guess he remembered where he was and what happened. "Are you okay son?" The cop went over to Percy to check if he was all right. "Yeah... I'm fine. Happens all the time." Percy said sheepishly.

"Come on Percy." I called to him. "Let's go." I spotted my phone on the ground and picked it up.

I was walking toward a bench when Percy finally caught up to me. "You never did tell me what happened between you and Leo." He asked looking in front of him.

I sat down and stared in front of me. I didn't want to look at him. I don't want anyone to worry about me. I felt Percy's gaze on me and I finally looked at him.

"We had a fight.."

"You told me that. I'm guessing it was Leo's fault." Percy guessed.

"Well... I don't know..."

"Just tell me what happened." He fidgeted around for a second before he got comfortable and stared at me. Oh right, I have to tell him.

"So Leo and I were at a carnival because Leo thought it might be fun and a change from going to parks and gardens. We were going to go on a roller coaster where you get splashed by water when we ran into one of his friends that he met when he was still running from the cops and his foster families. She was on a date with a guy and her and Leo kinda just started talking when she asked Leo if he wanted to go eat snacks with her."

Surprisingly Percy was a good listener and so I went on.

"He asked of I was okay with it and of course I said yes. I went home by myself that day, when I got home Leo didn't come to check in on me until late at night. I got pissed at him because I was jealous and I told him I could take care of myself. After that things escalated pretty quickly and by the time I knew it I locked myself in my room" I closed my eyes and sighed, "I guess it was my fault, I'm the one who said that it was okay but then I got all jealous and..."

"It wasn't your fault Calypso." Percy interrupted me and stared into my eyes. "Leo should have known." I felt my eyes tearing up and Percy hugged me.

"Thank you Percy for listening." I told him honestly, not letting go. "It just that. I feel like I'm always the damsel in distress. I can't ever take care of myself and I'm always being left. Am I not good enough? Sometimes I wish I was someone else becuase then I could do things by myself and not be dependent on others." I hug Percy tighter while he just rubs my back soothingly. "I feel like I'm no use to anybody and nobody needs me." I confessed.

I finally let go of Percy and in the corner of my eye I see Leo with Jason and Frank. Then Leo turns around and ran. I stood up, "Leo! Wait! It's not what you think!" I yelled after him. "I'll be right back Percy." I handed Percy my bag and ran after Leo. I hope I can catch up to him.
