Seungmin walked down the busy roads, his earbuds secured into his ears. He pulled his phone out from his pocket to text Hyunjin.

Seungmin <3
Meet me at the coi pond by the library please. Now.

Hyunjin
Of course. I hope you're alright.

Seungmin ran towards the coi pond; eager to see Hyunjin once again. He felt terrible for leaving Hyunjin that night.

Hyunjin stuffed his things into his backpack quickly, then swung his bag over his shoulder. He ran out his apartment and ran straight to the pond. He really missed Seungmin. Seungmin hadn't texted him in so long and Hyunjin didn't want to bother him. But no matter what, Hyunjin missed Seungmin so so much. Hyunjin was like the younger's guardian; his protector.

Hyunjin arrived at the pond. He saw Seungmin standing on the bridge above the stream of water, throwing what looked like peas into the water. Hyunjin ran towards Seungmin; the younger unaware of Hyunjin's presence.

Hyunjin tapped on Seungmin's shoulder causing Seungmin to flinch, "Hey."

"Hey."

Hyunjin played with his fingers, waiting for Seungmin to say something.

"I wanted to say sorry. For running off like that. I didn't feel well."

Hyunjin's brows furrowed, "Are you sure?? I thought I said something wrong. You ran off so suddenly and it made me feel so terrible-," Seungmin shook his head and waved his hands at Hyunjin, signaling for him to stop talking.

"It wasn't your fault. It was mine. I shouldn't have done that," Seungmin's response made Hyunjin feel warm inside.

Hyunjin threw his hands around Seungmin, giving him a warm, tight embrace.

Hyunjin pulled away, "I was so worried."

Seungmin blushed as Hyunjin spoke again, "Do you want to come over? Felix said he misses seeing you and he was worried."

"Felix was worried too?"

Hyunjin nodded.

"Oh. Let's go then."

Seungmin smiled and placed his hand in Hyunjin's as they walked to Hyunjin's apartment together.
