Double murder means evidence aplenty which mean this'll probs be the hated trial:

Monokuma file #4 - The victim is Darian Cooper the ultimate jokster, his body was found in the ultimate pervert's lab. There are signs of chocking as well as signs of a struggle especially when his arms.

The victim is Kate Wilson the Ultimate Chemist, they were killed with a single stab of a knife and were found in the kitchen at the canteen. There are traces of chloroform on her mouth. The murder happened at 11:35 pm

Darian's arms - Darian had his arms tied up against a pole, the reason is unknown

Red tie - the tie was used to keep Darian's arms against the pole, according to Carly the tie could only have come from James' lab

Carly's account - according to Carly, she heard Darian on the fourth floor last night. He seemed to be running from someone

Missing knife - a knife was missing from the knife rack, it's the one that was used to stab Kate with

Finding the bodies - Darian's body was first found by Bryan and James when James wanted to see his lab for the first time. Carly was the third person to see it. Kate's body was first seen by Vesta, afterwords according to Amber both she and Callum saw it

Alibis for the murder - Bryan, Amber, Carly and Vesta were locked in on the fourth floor. Adam the first and James the third. Callum and Mia claimed to both have been in their rooms.

Victims last seen - both the victims were last seen at the motive reveal, no one had claimed to see them since then

Bloody room - the photo room on the third floor had some blood in it. Since both were bloody it's unknown who's blood it is
