Trial start again

Kuma: this must be the most intense trial yet! I have to admit even thought I know the outcome, even I'm not sure how this trial goes

Vesta: I don't suppose you'd be willing to give us a hint?

Kuma: sure but only if you buy the Monokuma DLC you know Despair Learning Curve

Vesta: not worth it..

Amber: focus everyone, we seem to be getting close to the truth of the case

Bryan: with everything that's happened so far we have two big theories on what happened

Carly: the first is this was all James' plan, he poisoned his body, knocked me out and made it a suicide

Callum: with everything we've known so far the evidence seems to support that theory the most

Amber: the second idea is that James was blackmailed into becoming the victim, he was given a note to poison himself or someone would be killed, and as leader he sacrificed himself. Then the killer gave a note to Carly and knocked her out, then killing James

Mia: it's the more complex idea so I prefer it

Bryan: how do we move from here? I mean the evidence supports both theories but one can't be proven over the other

Amber: if I may, I have another theory that not only can be supported with evidence but immediately makes the culprit clear

Vesta: you do? If it's possible then it must be worth saying

Amber: my theory is that the one who blackmailed James is none other then you Carly!

Carly: m-me?

Amber: it seems illogical to me that you would go to the pool at night without anyone to stay with you so I believe you lied about your note and instead gave James instructions to go to the pool. When he arrived you told him you were the one who got him to poison his body, at this point he ran of probably to find someone to tell, this is when Mia saw him run by. But that was your plan, you used the rope and lighter to make a murder where we wouldn't know the true cause of death. And in order to do that you used the spear as a fake out for the true cause of death. The poison James gave to you!

Mia: dang what a complex theory

Carly: wait you said you had evidence! None of what you said actually has evidence to go with it!

Amber: ah but it does, the Monokuma file talks about how James had alcohol in his body, you made us believe that's the rag but it could've just been the food you ate. The rag had alcohol on it because you wanted us to believe it's what knocked you out, but you just forced it in your mouth

Bryan: that's incorrect!

Rag

Bryan: that can't be right Amber, while everything else you've said does have stuff to back it up, the rag absolutely had alcohol on it

Amber: I don't see your point, I said that-

Bryan: remember what you told me?

Amber: it's also very likely that it made Carly pass out, clearly this was a planned murder

Bryan: the alcohol was strong enough to knock Carly out, if she planned this and put it in her mouth, it would've knocked her out

Amber: I did say that didn't I... I must've forgotten completely

Carly: that's convenient, that's the second time you've forgotten something that's important to the case

Mia: veryyyy suspicious Amber
