"Why are you looking at me like that?" Holly asks as she slips on her boot as Mark watches from the bed. "Because it's 4am." Mark says as he leans on his elbow.

"Hmmm." Holly said not understanding where he was going with this. "At 4am, you should be cuddling with me and sound asleep." Mark said with a charming smile.

"But I'm in a competition so no can do." Holly says with a grin as Mark rolls his eyes. "Oh you know you want me to win." Holly says as Mark rolled onto his back. "No I want my.. partner back." Mark said unsure on what to label what they had going on.

Holly smirked as she climbed into the bed and positioned herself ontop of Mark. They both smirked at each other, before Mark rolled her over ending up ontop.

"You should consider yourself lucky." Holly said sternly only making Mark's smirk grow. "If anyone comes in with a medical mystery and I miss-" Holly's rambling is cut off by Mark's lips being pushed onto hers, not that she was complaining.

He pulled away and rested his forehead on hers, he went in for another kiss as Holly's pager went off, making her throw him off her and jumping to her pager. "Sorry! Gotta go." Holly said as kissed him on the lips.

Once she left he groaned and went to go back to sleep.

"Stupid, stupid competition."

"4am, for an appendectomy. I mean I'm just saying." Holly said with a smile as she fastly walked with Meredith, Cristina and Izzie.

"Yeah, no way sunshine. Whatever that prize is, it's mine." Cristina said making Izzie roll her eyes. "It's so gonna be mine." Izzie said as the walked past Webber and Bailey.

They walk into the lobby as Holly and Cristina stop walking. Izzie and Meredith walking into their backs. "Move it!" Meredith says as the all look around the lobby to see Rose and Derek.

"God. I hate her." Holly said trying to make Meredith feel better. "She's wretched and mean!" Cristina said.

"She's not." Meredith says as Izzie shakes her head. "You know, I heard one of the nurses saying that they've only been on five dates." Izzie said.

"That is just terrible." Holly says sarcastically.

"You guys, I know you're trying to make me feel better, but I have to tell you, this pausing to talk about Rose and Derek, it just means..." Meredith says as Holly and Cristina nod. "I'm gonna win." Meredith says with a smirk and dashes off.
