"Mer? You look kinda dead." Holly said to Meredith who was sat on the floor and swallowing a large gulp of Pepto. "I'm fine." Meredith said not very convincingly. "I'm not convinced." Holly said as Meredith rolled her eyes.

"If Cristina was here you know she'd agree." Holly said as Meredith tilted her head. "But she's not so she can't agree."

"Let's go people. I've been in surgery since 2am. I'm in no mood." Bailey said with no emotion making all of her interns get up and walk out of the locker room. "Yang you're late." Alex said smiling.

"I got here before George." Cristina said trying to get away with being late. "Nice of you to join us Yang." Bailey said emotionless.

"She's in no mood."

"Shawn Sullivan. 62. Had minimally invasive bypass surgery two days ago to remove a blockage from his LAD." Holly presented smiling at Shawn and his wife. "I'm all better now, thank you Holly. So what do you think Miranda? Can I stop being a burden to you good people and go home?"

"I need to get back to the dealership and selling those cars!" Shawn said excited at the thought of going and home and back to work. "My Shawnie can... could sell anything." Mrs Sullivan smiling at her husband.

"I believe he can. What he can't sell me on is going back to work before he gets his oxygen levels up. So put that oxygen back on Mr Sullivan before I even think about letting you out of here. And if I do, I want your word: nothing fried, no alcohol and no more cigarettes." Bailey said sternly. "Oh you're tough Miranda."

"I need your word or I'm not going to sign those discharge papers." Bailey said keeping her ground. "I give you my word."

They all wait at the nurses station as Meredith begins to look worse. "You know how I said you looked bad. Yeah I didn't think you could get worse." Holly said as Meredith glared at her and as Cristina smiled.

"You alright Doctor Grey?" Bailey asked noticing the interns condition. "Yeah Doctor Bailey. Just need to make a choice is all." Meredith says as Derek starts approaching.

"Doctor Grey, I an clipping a basilar tip aneurism. Any interest?" Derek asked Meredith as he sees Addison who pauses in her tracks making Derek and Holly both look in the direction to see Mark. "Oh my." Derek starts to say as Holly finishes his sentence. "God." Holly notices Mark and then sees Cal and another man stood closely behind him. "What is happening?" Holly asks as she looks at Cal.

"Oh my God." Meredith says slowly looking at Mark. "Is that..."

"McSteamy." Holly says as Meredith throws up on the floor making everyone turn to look at the intern Holly quickly grabs her hair and bunches it together. "Cristina get the bin." Holly said trying not to look at Meredith's sick. She catches Mark's eye when she looks up as he winks at her. She quickly turned her attention back to Meredith.
