"You are my cutie pie, sweetheart," He said, placing a kiss on my forehead. "I love you, Kookie. Jimin has never done anything like this for me," I said. "Really? He must not have cared about you as much as I care about you already. In just two days, I already care about you so much. You make me feel so happy. I never met anybody as precious as you. I can't help but admire every part of you," Jungkook said. My smile grew larger. I moved my face to Jungkook's and kissed him. He smiled into the kiss, pulling me onto his lap. After a minute or so he pulled away and smiled brightly. "You make me so so happy!" I told him. He smiled. "You make me happy as well!" Jungkook responded. Jungkook and I just continued to relax and enjoy each other's company. After a little while, it is getting late and Jungkook is carrying me to our room and he laid me down on the bed. When we laid down, he pulled me close and he kissed my forehead. I fell asleep in his arms. The next morning I woke up and saw that Jungkook was awake, staring off into space. "Good morning, Jungkook," I said still a little sleepy. He flinched when he suddenly heard my voice. "Good morning, baby! We have a lot planned for today, baby," Kookie told me. "Like what?" I asked him. "We have a meeting with our advisors (A/N: I am not going to write this meeting out because it is a boring meeting and not much happened, they literally just congratulated the Alpha and that is it), and then we have a meeting with your parents!" Kookie told me excitedly. Hearing about having a meeting with my parents made me nervous, my parents tend to be overdramatic. I am also scared of them because they are really strict and they are the big reason that I went into my depression. They used to tell me that I was never going to amount to much and that I was useless. They even told me to go and kill myself. Jungkook must have seen the look on my face. "Hey, what is wrong?" He asked me. "My parents, t-they scare me a little bit..." I told him, not wanting to go into much detail. He seemed to respect that and didn't push me. "Hey, I will protect you, alright? I don't know what happened between you guys, but I won't push, you can tell me when you are ready, alright?" He told me, reassuring me that I will be safe. "Ok, thank you, Kookie, I would tell you, I am just not ready to relive the memories," I told him honestly. "It's alright, you don't have to, I am not forcing you, ok?" He said, holding me to him tightly. "Maybe afterward, I will connect you to our pack's mind-link?" He asked me. "That would be great!" I told him. He smiled down at me. I then go and shower before getting dressed into something nice. Jungkook then took me down and we ate our breakfast before he took me to the meeting with the advisors. After the meeting with the advisors, it was lunchtime, where we are having the meeting with my parents. When we walked in, my parents immediately put on a fake smile. "Ah, there is our daughter!" My mother said, faking the fact that she was happy to see me, which I saw right through, Jungkook also seemed to see through her lie pretty easily. "Now I see why you don't like them," Jungkook whispered in my ear where they couldn't hear what he told me. "Hello, Alpha Jungkook!" My parents both greeted my mate, actually happy to see him. I could tell that Jungkook didn't like that, but he was playing nice. We sat down and Jin brought us our food. After a while, we finish our food and just talk with each other, me not liking the conversation one bit. "I don't see what you see in that worthless piece of trash, I am sure you can find a better girl more fit to be your luna than our worthless daughter," My father straight up told Jungkook after a little while. Everyone in the room went silent, knowing that Alpha Jungkook was going to get pissed because he doesn't like others saying bad things about his luna. "YOU DARE TALK ABOUT MY MATE LIKE THAT!! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I DON'T WANT YOU TO TALK TO MY GIRL LIKE THAT, IN FACT, YOU AREN'T GOING TO SEE HER OR ME EVER AGAIN!! GUARDS!!! TAKE THESE TWO TO THE DUNGEONS!!!" Jungkook shouted. The guards came and took them out of the room. Jungkook held me close to him. Jungkook then led me out of the house and took me to a waterfall and led me behind it to reveal a river. He then took a knife and grabbed my hand. "I am going to cut your wrist now, alright? I am connecting you to my pack's mind link system, ok?" He asked to make sure that I was ok. "Ok, you can do it," I told him before feeling a cut on my arm and hearing a bunch of wolves happily howling and welcoming me to the pack. I smiled at Jungkook. He smiled back, pulling me into him and kissing my forehead. "Thank you, Kookie!" I told him. "Your welcome, baby!" He said, smiling. Jungkook then kissed me deeply, his hand behind my back, holding me close as he kissed me. "Only a few more days till the whole ceremony, baby," Jungkook told me as he pulled away from me. We then walked out back to the house. Jungkook smiled as we reached the house. Upon walking in, we see Jimin and his mate. Jimin was looking worried. "Aera! Are you alright? Did they hurt you?!" Jimin asked me, knowing how my parents can get. He was checking my arms for bruises and he saw the cut that Jungkook used to link me to his pack. "Who cut you?!" He asked. "I am fine, Mochi, the cut is from Jungkook linking me to his pack, he had my consent to do it. Thanks for worrying about me," I told him. Jimin hugged me. I looked at his mate to see that she was smiling. "Jisoo, I know he is your mate, you don't have to hide if you are jealous," I told her. "Oh, no! I think it is sweet how he cares about you so much, he told me a bit about your past and I get it, he wants to make sure his best friend doesn't get hurt and digress your progress! As long as you two don't do anything that a couple would! However, why do you call him Mochi?" She responded. I smiled. "I call him that because he is as sweet as the treat. It has been a nickname for him for a while now, the name kind of stuck." I replied as Jimin let me go. "Ah, it is ok, I was just wondering," She replied. "Yeah, I will always be her Mochi, she also calls me that because I have been there for her since she was a child and helped her through her depression. She had the treat one day and said if I was a food, I would be a Mochi because I was so sweet, caring for her and helping her through her hard times, and that is when the nickname started," Jimin said, smiling at the memory. "I think it is great that you guys have memories like that! It is so pure and sweet! I am glad that you have such a good friend like Jimin to protect you and care for you! You can keep calling him that, as long as you know that he is mine!" She said. "Of course, I will never forget that he has a mate that isn't me, plus, I have Jungkook!" I told her. "Yeah, nothing to worry about, babe! However, even if you didn't like me and her relationship, I would still be her best friend! I was the only person she had in our pack, the only reason we became a thing before the ritual, is because of the pack, they thought that we were already a thing because we hung out so much! And sorry Jungkook, that day we met, I only acted that way because I wanted her to be safe, and I didn't trust you since you were pretty much a stranger, please forgive me?" He asked. "Of course! I understand now. Thank you, for helping my girl, I don't know where I would be right now if she killed herself back then! She means the world to me now, if you didn't help her back then, I wouldn't have found my true mate," Jungkook stated, starting to tear up just by thinking about him losing me. I walked up to him and hugged him. "Don't worry, Jisoo, my feelings for Jimin has changed, I still love him, but not in a romantic way, I love him as a friend, my heart belongs to Jungkook when it comes to romance, I won't be trying to steal Jimin away from you, and if Jimin even tries to break your heart by trying to be more than friends with me, I will surely yell his ears off," I said before giving Jungkook a peck on the lips. "Yeah, I won't go for her either, our feelings about us only being friends are mutual." Jimin told her. We then go our separate ways.
