When I woke up, it was pitch black, the only good thing was I had partial wolf night vision, but not so well because my head was nagging at me. I reached my hand up and touched the top right side of my head. I flinched at the burn of contact and pulled my fingers back. They were sticky and warm with a gooey liquid. Blood. I growled and tried to stand up, only to fail completely as I looked down to see myself chained to the floor.

I groaned in protest. I could feel anger radiating off me and heat waves, and I knew it wasn't just for me. I could feel Angels panic. I tried to send my comfort his way but I had no way of knowing if it was working because my mind link was temporarily damaged because of the pain.

I started to panic now. "Help! Somebody help me," I roared so loudly. "Luna! Lexi," a mumbling, worried voice asked. "Who's there," I asked into the darkness. "Alexis, it's me. It's Arturo. Where are you? I can bearly see anything. Are you okay," he asked, frantically. "I think I'm okay. I can bearly see too, my head is injured and I'm chained to something. I want Angel," I said, holding back my tears. "I've already mind linked him, he's trying to find us. I have no clue where they brought us. Most likely to their packs dungeons," Arturo told me through the dark.

"Why isn't my mind linking working," I asked him. "It's because you're hurt. Please, Lexi, just relax. I won't let anyone hurt you," Arturo said, assuringly. I took a few deep breathes and tried to relax, but the heavy devices on my wrists and ankles kind of made it impossible.

My wolf was weak and out of it. Where was Angel? Is he alright? I hope he doesn't do something extremely stupid. If one thing was Forsure, it was that his wolf was very passionate about things, so his decisions come with a full aftermath.

I was shaken from my thoughts by the door opening, light peeked through but it was bearly any help. Then I knew we were in cells, because my cell gate scraped open and light flooded in. I looked around at the tiny 6 by 4 ft room with a single bed hooked to the wall and a toilet right next to each other.

I caught glimpse of myself, I was wearing the lingerie that I had just bought. Someone changed me, and at that thought my body cringed. A tall built man stepped into my cell, followed by two men. He smiled down at me, like if he was trying to comfort me, but just looking at him made me cringe.

"Hello, my name is Alpha Crow, of the Black Mountain pack," he said, looking at me. "Why am I here," I growled, pulling on the chains. "You're mate. His father. They're all to blame," the man barked. "To blame for what," I asked, anger laced my words.

"For attacking us, they destroyed out land, Destroyed our homes, killed our people," alpha Crow roared at the memories on his head. "Angel wouldn't do that," I said through clenched teeth. "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree," Alpha Crow smirked.

I shook my head and pulled on the restraints again. "I need to go home, I need to get back to my mate and our people. We can work something out, well pay for damages," I pleaded. He let out a menacingly evil laugh and said, "id much rather prefer an eye for an eye. I don't care if the world goes blind, as long as I get my revenge." "What does revenge have to do with me and Arturo," I whispered, weary of the answer.

He shrugged and said, "the guy? Arturo is it? He'll probably just be killed off, but you... You will be used to make sure they suffer." I shook my head and yelled, "no, you won't lay a hand on Arturo. I swear I'll ring your neck nyself!" Whoa, where did that come from?

In an instant, Alpha Crow had his hands around my neck, lifting me as far up as the chains that bonded me would allow. I struggled for air in his grasp. "You will obey me! And you will respect my decisions," he yelled, throwing me on the cement ground where I hit my head. I let out a groan of pain.
