Chapter 9

My body reacted to him in such amazing ways, and I loved every bit of it. His mouth was still on my womanhood when our bedroom door was busted open. All I could hear was ferocious growls.

I gasped as I turned and seen Enrique at the door, his eyes held fury. Quickly, Angel threw the blanket over my naked body. "What the hell do you think you're doing in here," Angel growled, with a voice darker than I've ever heard come from him.

Enrique's eyes seemed to burn holes into Angel. He growled and said, "she belongs with me!" I froze, he could not be serious right now. Angel was shaking and his fists were balled.

"I'll give you 1 minute to get the hell out of here and off my land before I kill you,"Angel growls. "Angel,"I gasped at his words. He didn't even turn to look at me, just kept his gaze on Enrique.

Enrique stood his ground, not moving a bit. "Enrique, LEAVE," I shouted. He turned and looked at me and said, "you should be with me! Back home with your pack!" My anger rose and I yelled, "this is my pack now!" He looked at me like I was crazy.

"You just hated him a few months ago," Enrique sneered. Angel looked a little hurt by the words but kept up his tough guy act. "That was then and this is now, and now I realized that I will never want anyone but Angel," I made sure to stress this.

Enrique flung himself at Angel and I screamed. I could hear a stamped of people running up to our room. Angels father, Dominick and steel were the first at the door.

"Shit," steel cursed as he watched the scene before him. Angel phased as Enrique did and they were all fur on fur, canines on canines. I shook as I looked from my old alpha to my mates father then to the two fighting wolves.

I let out a low, menacing growl now. "Alexis," steel warned me, but I phased. Letting my human form go, I turned into my wolf and attacked Enrique from the back. I bit into his hind leg earning a whimper from him.

Angel growled as Enrique turned to nip at me. Soon, everyone was phased. But Dominick and steel were trying to keep people apart.

I couldn't help it. My wolf was going ballistic seeing someone attack our mate. How dare someone think they could ever put Angel in place. That was my job. And my wolf and I knew that.

I growled as Enrique growled at me. It wasn't really threatening but a warning, telling me to back off and let the men fight. As if! I was now Luna, and I will not be disrespected.

I grabbed Enrique by his shoulder, between my teeth, and flung him to the wall next to steel. Steel, immediately, stood over Enrique and phased back human. "Alexis, we do not want problems. Angel, please phase back, we will be leaving right now, hopefully on peaceful terms," steel said, with his hands up in an 'I'm not a threat' kind of way.

Angel stood in front of me in his wolf form. His voice popped into my head and he said, 'phase human.' I did so and hid my naked body behind his wolf. My mother threw me a shirt sitting in the corner and I quickly put it on.

Angel didn't phase back, instead he talked to me through our link. 'Order them to leave. Now,' he told me. I could tell how angry he was. I gulped and knew that as his luna I needed to do what was best for my pack, and my old pack was the opposite.

I looked at Steel and said, "I need any member of your pack off of our land in 20 minutes tops." They all looked at me , confused. "As Luna of this pack, I order you to leave," I raised my voice. Steel turned to his pack and made a motion to leave.

I didn't look at any of them, especially my mother. I kept my gaze on Angel the whole time until I could sense them leave my packs borders. I let out a breath of fresh air then looked to the members of my pack who were in the room.
