"(Y/n)?" I hear I voice call out to me as I furrow my brows.
"Hello? Are you okay?" The voice came ringing in my head again.
*POKE*
I feel something cold hit my nose as I finally try to open my eyes. Everything came out to a blur at first, trying to adjust my vision, I see a big face in front of me, nose to nose.
"Ah!!" I shout as a boy with blonde hair immediately backs away, giving me room.
"(Y/n)!!" He shouts as he takes my hands and swings them around.
"Argh! Why can't I get one morning alone?!" I shout as my vision clears up.
"Oh, actually it's late afternoon, we let you sleep...Well, no, I let you sleep in, Jean wanted to wake you up numerous times," He says as I look down at him.
"Mikasa said when you two were down in the cells, you both started to experience...Flashbacks? But you hit your head on a bar," Armin says as I stare at him in awe.
"So, if you're head hurts, take it easy for a day, I know-" Armin goes on as I stop him, placing my hand up.
"Armin?" I ask with a soft tone as his eyes widen.
"Right, I guess I kinda forgot to greet you properly back there..." He says with a half faded smile.
"Your hair," I say as I reach out for it.
"Hm? Oh, yeah, it's short now...You know, switchin' things up," He says as he scootches closer, letting me run my fingers through his short, new golden hair.
"It...It's so different," I say as his face turns into worry.
"Huh?! Do you not like it?!" He asks in a hurry as I smile.
"No, I love it, I think it matches your face perfectly...But, I will miss your baby face," I frown as he places his hand on my heart.
"Hm," He hums lightly and smiles as I tilt my head.
"What? Is there another thing wrong with me?" I ask as he shakes his head.
"No, I guess that's the only thing that can make me smile now," He says as he stands up.
"Hm-?" I hum as he digs in his pocket.
"Hey, you earned this back four years ago, I thought you would like it back," He says as he holds up an emerald green pendant in front of me.
"Oh yeah!" I say with bright eyes as I reach out for it.
"I guess after you left, I spent a lot of time in your room...I don't know why, but your room allowed me to get more things done. Everyone had a way of coping with you being gone. Jean would hold his tan jacket all over the place, Mikasa started training a lot more, like...A lot more. Eren didn't do much actually...He was distant. Hange read your letter over and over. I think she may have it memorized at this point. Sasha ate for you, two plates...She said it would make her feel better because you used to give her your food. Connie spent time in his village, don't know why or what he expected. Something about you and belief? Levi...Well, I don't know. No one knows except Hange," Armin says as he places the necklace over my head and leaves it to dangle down.
"I guess I'll just have to pry it out of him," I say as he stands up.
"Good luck with that one," He says as he lends me a hand.
As I grab his hand, he pulls me up to my feet where I look up at him.
"Huh?!!" I shout as he holds my hands.
