---Lukes POV---

"Brad? Can we talk for a minute?" I asked as he filled up his cup with orange juice.

"Yeah, what's up?" He asked offering me the juice.

"No thanks. I just wanted to say that.. I owe you a bit of an apology."

"For what?" He asked placing the juice in the fridge.

"Well, I never considered your real feelings when you left the band for one. Then when we started talking again, I mean I wasn't exactly the kindest I could have been and then when you showed up here. I'm sorry for being so thick skulled and not thinking like I should have."

"I owe you a bit of an apology too then." He sat down at the table and looked up at me. "I didn't tell you the real reason I left because I was ashamed. I felt invalid for having any PTSD for what happened because it wasn't me who went through the worst of it. I could have been more friendly when we started talking again and I wasn't exactly on my best behavior when I saw you here either."

"We all have our own issues. We just gotta learn to deal with them in the best ways. You have to learn to deal with yours and I definately have to learn to deal with mine." I chuckled sitting at the table across from him.

"So we good now then?" He smirked taking a sip of his drink.

"We're good as long as you say we're good. I have no more grudges."

"Neither do I. Except the fact that you got the better shower in this place." He started laughing.

"Well, that shower is open to anyone now. Just keep an eye on that window." Rain walked up the stairs, her hair a mess and wrapped in a robe.

"You didn't sleep that well last night, you can go back to bed and get some more sleep." I stood up and walked over to her.

"I just can't seem to sleep.. besides, I'm hungry." She started combing her hair with her fingers and tied it up into a messy bun.

"Do you want me to make you some eggs?" I asked as she walked into the kitchen.

"No, I just want some sugary cereal and some morning cartoons and I'll be good to zone out for the next hour and let my head relax." She grabbed the cereal and milk and a bowl.

"Why did you put milk in first?" Brad asked baffled.

"Did I? I wasn't paying attention I guess." She yawned putting the milk away.

"Are you alright?" I asked as she poured the cereal.

"I will be. I'm just not... processing anything right now. My brain is out of comission at the moment. Please leave a message and maybe I'll get back to you at a later more convienent timing." She smirked as she grabbed a spoon and walked past me into the living room turning on the tv.

"Uhh.. I think your girlfriend is broken." Brad said standing up.

"I think so too.. Time for a professional!" I smiled as I walked out the back door and into the back garden. I knocked on the door to the pool house till Tomi opened it.

"Do you mind? Jacob's sleeping." He rubbed his eyes.

"Sorry, I need to borrow your wife. There's something wrong with my girl and I need another one to help me fix her." I smiled trying to avoid speaking to loud.

"Elizabeth, it's your duty now." He turned around and flopped onto the bed.

"What's my duty?" She asked as she walked out of the bathroom.

"My girl's brain is out of comission. I need your help to fix her."

"The only things that will help a womens head when it's not in comission is either coffee, sleep or sex. Take your pick." She smirked sitting on the bed.
