Engulfed in Darkness~Izuku Uchiha

Chapter 1-Paths collide

While on the journey of life, you find out that people are more important than objects. An item you can replace, a person you cannot....don't push the people that love and care for you away. You will regret it.

The summer heat was humid, crickets chirps filled the air. I was walking back from the forest where my brother and I trained. I was a happy kid, I lived with my older brother Katsuki, my mother inko, and my father, I never did learn his name though.

I was not close to my father, but I knew that he had hurt my mother, my mother was a beautiful woman, long blonde hair with a short stature. As I made my way closer to my home I heard a small cry. I sped up and ran to the front door bursting it open.

"Katsuki?" I question.

He turns to me and I see tears streaming down his face and his eyes glowing red and black. The sharingan, our family's special ability. The only way to get them was to either be born a Uchiha, or someone who has one give it to you.

"What happened? Why are you crying?" I ask.

He turns back to the hallways leading to our living room.

"It needed to happen, little brother" he says.

"What di-what did you do!" I scream running into the living room.

What I saw next would change my life forever, both of my parents, on the floor, dead. Multiple stab wounds. I ran over with tears streaming down my face. I shook my mom constantly.

"Wake up, wake up, wake up" I plead as my brother walks into the room.

"I need power, izuku" he says to me.

"So much that you have to kill mommy and daddy!" I scream while sobbing.

"Yes, they are stepping stones, so are you, once you are strong enough, find me, I will be waiting, to kill you." He says turning around and walking away.

I get up and run at him throwing my fist his way. He turns immediately to me and catches my fist. I look at his eyes and they are still using the sharingan.

"You have awakened it, izuku" he says before bringing me outside, swinging me over his head and knocking me unconscious.

I open my eyes and the light is blinding, it was the next morning.

I walked into my home, I couldn't believe what had happened. Once I got back, there bodies were gone. Katsuki was no where to be seen.

I fall to my knees holding my head while crying. Not long after got up and ran as fast as I could away from the home. I don't know what was going through my head but I wasn't being rational.

I ran until I my legs were numb, many people passed as I slowly fell to the ground. I crawled my way under a bridge to avoid danger. Once down I saw a young girl sleeping. She looked to be my age. She had brownish hair and parts of her cheeks were pink. I didn't know why she was there but she looked....abandoned. I lay right under that bridge, everything slowly fades away as I fall asleep.

"AHHHHHH"

I jolt my eyes open and look over to see the girl I saw earlier crying in a corner.

"Who are you!" She asks.

I stay silent.

"I said who are you!" She screams.

"Izuku" I say.

"Why, why are you here" she says.

"Shouldn't I ask the same?" I question.

"Hmph,yeah but,I was here first" she exclaims.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you" I confess.

"I don't forgive you!" She sticks her tongue out at me.

"I'm Ochako, what's your name?" She asks settling down a bit.

"I just said it...." I respond.

"Oh....yeah,Izuku" she facepalms.

"Well why are you sleeping down here?" I ask looking around.

"Well, I have something living in me, I don't know what it is but I'm pretty sure it's a fox! I think it'd be cool but others beat me up and shame me for it. My parents passed away and my brother, well he and I lost each other one day and I haven't seen him since." She looks down and a tear drops.

I put my hand on her shoulder and smile.

"Don't worry, you'll be okay, I promise" I say in attempt to make her feel better.

"Thank you.... Why are you down here?" She questions.

I tense up a bit.

"Well, my brother, he killed my parents, and I ran away because I didn't know what else to do." I say frowning.

"I'm sorry that happened, what could you do about it?" She tilts her head to the side.

"I-I am going to become strong, and kill my brother" I mumble.

"Well in that case why don't I help you become strong?" She says smiling.

"Really?!" I ask surprised.

"Yup just on one condition!" She says smirking.

"What is it?" I ask.

"You and me, are gonna be best friends!" She says.

"Oh, I guess sure" I say smiling.

"How old are you anyways?" She asks while standing up.

"I just turned 7, what about you?" I question back.

"I'm still 6 but I turn 7 on December 27th!" She says beaming with a bright smile.

I can't help but smirk, she radiates an energy I couldn't match if I tried to. I am a happy kid but this was a whole other level.

"Okay so do you eat anything ochako?" I ask.

"Once and a while I'll steal bread or something but that's really it" she frowns looking down.

"In that case, let's go" I say grabbing her hand.

"What where?!" She says.

"I have a family friend who can get us some food and maybe even a place to live" I explain to her.

"Awweee really!" She says surprised.

"Yup" I say while continuing to walk.

I feel a pressure on my back and turn to see her hugging me with the biggest smile on her face. I chuckle and drag her.

"Lead the way izuku!" She exclaims along with some giggles.

At the time it felt like a dream,if only I knew what were ahead of me.
