Chapter 38-Atoning for my sins

I wake up in a hospital bed.

"You're awake..." a voice says.

I look over and see Katsumi along with the rest of class A.

"Hey..." I mutter.

Katsumi gets closer and leans onto the bed.

"You did it....you won." She says with tears rolling down her face.

I chuckle and sit up.

"You shouldn't get up!" Katsumi says.

"I need to do something...I need to pay for the pain I've caused." I say getting up.

"Where is Ochako buried?" I ask.

"She was buried at U.A..." Katsumi says.

"Alright, Katsumi... come with me." I say getting up and grabbing her hand.

I use a quirk and fly both of us to U.A.

She shows me where her grave is and I start to dig it up.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?" She asks.

I finish digging her up. She looks the same...she hasn't decayed so she looks perfect.

"Thank you katsumi, please stay here I will be back in a while." I say starting to fly away.

I find the graves of kushina uzumaki, minato namikaze and Kai Uzumaki. I take all of there bodies into my Kamui dimension.

I go back to Katsumi and I take ochakos body into my Kamui.

"Let's enjoy today, I'm going to be leaving tomorrow." I say to her with a smile.

"Where are you going?" She asks.

"Nah, I can't tell you that." I say.

"Okay.." she responds.

I take us back to the hospital and see the others outside.

Someone runs up to me and puts a camera in my face.

"Hello deku, reports say you were the one who defeated all for one and took everyone's quirks, why did you do this?" The woman asks.

"My goals have changed, there is no point for quirks, all they do is create chaos. When I die so will the existence of quirks. Until then, I have made sure no one can make new quirks. I'm sorry but I have to go.." I say grabbing Katsumi and bringing her inside.

We get to the others and they look at me.

"So....I think it's time I tell you what I am going to do next." I say.

"That is?" Todoroki says.

"I am going to take all of your quirks." I say.

"Why?" Momo asks.

"To create peace again, no one should have quirks. I will lock myself away until I am dead and no one can take quirks or have any." I say.

They all nod.

One by one I take their quirks. Some I have to store so my body doesn't change appearance such as tsu, but besides that it all goes smoothly.

"So you own every quirk huh....to think I thought you were a quirkless loser..." Katsumi says.

I laugh.

"Yeah, never would of thought it would come down to this." I say.

"Are you going to be okay?" Mina says.

"No...I'm not....but Ochako will be." I say.

They all look at me confused and I chuckle.

"You'll see later on today." I say before turning back and walking out.

"I'll be gone until tonight, see you guys soon." I say jumping away.

From building to building I jump I hear cheers below me.

'I guess I'm a hero huh.' I think to myself and smile.

I make my way to the house I grew up in, where it all started. It's abandoned but, that's okay.

I walk inside and look around. I smile to myself as memories of when I was young flood my mind.

After a few hours I decide to go to U.A.

The teachers there don't trust me but the students convinced them to let me stay.

I sit down in ochakos dorm and pull out a pen and paper.

Dear Ochako,

While on the journey of life, you find out that people are more important than objects. An item you can replace, a person you cannot....don't push the people that love and care for you away. You will regret it. That's something I learned during my life.
By the time you see this I'm gonna be dead, I've brought you back so you can live on in the peaceful world you so desired. I misunderstood you all those years ago. I thought your only motive was respect, you just wanted to save people. I've taken every quirk in the world, I will leave you one for all. I know you are probably gonna hate me for this, but I can't live in a world without you in it, especially after all the crimes I've committed. Please never forget that I love you. I will meet you soon.

Tears flow down my face as I place the note in her desk draw.

I get up and walk to where ochakos grave was and being out all of the bodies. I look down at them and breath in.

'Rinne-rebirth.'

Someone comes down from the sky and looks at me.

"So you've called me here, what souls shall I bring back?" He asks.

"These 4 souls, in place of mine." I respond.

I see the four bodies start to move.

"Good deal." The person says before disappearing.

Ochako jumps up and sees me.

"Izuku?" She asks.

"Hey...it's been a while." I say.

Her parents and brother get up.

"Kai? Ochako?" Her mom says.

She turns around and looks at her mom.

"Mom?" She says before getting a bear hug from her father.

"Izuku..." Kai says to me.

"Hey...I brought your parents back." I respond.

"Yeah...thanks..." he says.

Ochako turns back to me as I fall onto one knee and start struggling to breathe.

"Izuku what's wrong?!" She asks.

"I exchanged my life for you and your families." I say.

"WHAT?" She screams.

I chuckle and cough.

"Now you can live the life you've always deserved..." I say before putting my hand to her chin and kissing her.

I pass one for all during the kiss.

I let up and lay on the ground on my back.

"All for one is dead, I've taken all quirks, so live your best life...." I say.

"Izuku no..." Ochako says with tears rolling down her face.

She runs her hand through my hair and I smile.

"Thank you Ochako...I love you..."
