Chapter 2-Savior

5 years later

"Izu!" Ochako screams from the other room.

"What!" I scream.

"All mights on tv!." She screams back.

I'm 12 now, after going to my family friend after meeting Ochako she gave us an apartment to live in. Since then we've lived together, we are friends but I act cold all the time. I sometimes feel bad because it makes her pout to me but, I do it anyways.

All might is the number one hero, he's got a power that is like no other, well power scaling wise. He can control the amount of strength he uses and it's crazy. I don't like to admit it but I admire all might. I have for years.

I walk into the living room and see all might saving people from a burning building. There is a close up before he says.

"Do not worry citizens, because I am here!"

I smirk at the tv while ochako stares in awe.

"He's so heroic and cool, he makes me wanna become the number one hero, maybe then I'll get some respect from the people." She says pumping a fist in the air.

Number one huh, definitely not for me.

If anything I want to become a vigilante, plus I don't think a hero with kill intent would go good with the public.

I'll just become the number one vigilante, maybe one that would break a bad label off of them.

"Izuku, do you wanna go to U.A high school?" Ochako asks me breaking me out of my thoughts.

"Oh, uh nah, I don't wanna go to school for hero work, not for me" I say.

"Hm, okay then, while I'm at school you can train!" She beams.

Even after half of a decade, she's still super bubbly and upbeat. Honestly wish I could be like that sometimes. The tv switches to a random show so I make my way back toward my room again.

"So you don't wanna eat something Izu?" Ochako calls to me.

"Nah I'm fine" I respond.

There was a short silence until my stomach growled.
Ochako giggles before speaking.

"Your tummy says otherwise"

"Yeah yeah, what's for food then?" I respond.

"Microwave food, I don't know what else" she says.

"Let me guess, ramen" I ask.

"Yup, one of my favorites, that and mochi" she says.

"Trust me I know, I have heard it plenty" I mumble.

"Hey I heard that yknow" she says puffing her cheeks.

"When's school off again?" I ask avoiding her confrontation.

"The weekend, besides that I don't know, you know all I get is bullied" she says frowning.

"I stick up for you don't I?" I say.

"Yeah but still, your not always there" she says.

"The only time I'm not there is in the bathroom ochako" I say crossing my arms.

"W-well that's where most of it happens, so don't act like your always there" she says with a slight bit of red on her face.

"Then find someone who can help you there then" I respond.

"Hmph, whatever" she says getting up and walking to her room.

"You can cook dinner for yourself then" she says before slamming her door shut.
