I wanted to get your opinions on something I'm spending way too many braincells thinking about; should I make the chapters longer?

                          
Usually my chapters are around 1000-1800 words but I don't think they are long enough. So I'm planning on making them a little longer, about 2500-3000 words. 

                          
However, the chapters will take longer to update than they already are and I don't want to keep my readers waiting.

                          
So I wanted to ask you personally, would you rather have chapters around 1500 words every week or 3000 words every couple of weeks?
