It's Not a Date

Zari's Side :

Gideon and Gary had scheduled Zari and Nate's meeting for 10 AM at a coffee shop close to Nate's place. Zari had wondered if it was  same one Nate had been talking about before. Zari put on a nice, cute, black, turtleneck sweater and some camo sweatpants and went outside. Her driver was already there and he took her to the little café. She saw her advertisements everywhere and assumed this was the one Nate was talking about. It was a sweet café that had a nice vibe to it and she could see why Nate would like it if it was this café. By the time she got there Nate was seated at their table wearing a green button down shirt and jeans. 

Nate's Side : 

Nate had been waiting for Zari and she had finally arrived. This was his favorite café and he was excited to share it with Zari. He came simply dressed and was happy for a change in his life for once. 

"Hey Nate" 

"Hey, sit down" 

Zari sat down on the chair across from him and said, 

"So we're supposed to get to know each other more to see if we'd be compatible as love interests" 

"Yeah, I guess so" 

"So, we learned a lot about each other already so why don't we role play to see our compatibility" 

Zari had a confused look on her face and asked 

"What do you mean?"

"Well we both have some scenes we were given so why don't we act them out?"

"Okay sure" 

"So what scene do you want to do?" 

"We can do Scene 34" 

"Okay sure" 

Zari and Nate started to act out the scene. They were doing good until Nate messed up the line. They laughed about it and suddenly they were aware everyone was staring at them. That's when everything went wrong. Out of nowhere they heard a camera shutter. They were used to it by now but it was different, they weren't looking in awe they looked at them in, in disappointment.  It was strange. They decided to ignore it and they eventually left when they finished. 

"Yeah, I'll see you tomorrow, Zari" 

"Bye Nate" 

They hugged and left.
