Saving Her(ON HOLD)

Chapter 9

Calum's POV

After watching the first five seconds of that video I was being worried and just wanted to go and hold her.

The first thing I did was rush over to her house.

The door was unlocked so I just ran in there. I went to her room and saw her lying there unconscious. It broke my heart knowing all the pain I've caused her.

I wondered how long she was like this before I got here because I watched the video after last period.

I immediately realized it was about 1 1/2 so I then called the ambulance.

I was now in the hospital waiting for the results.

I also had stopped by the gift shop because I know that she loves stuffed bears.

Just to make things clear I know I have hurt her in so many ways but I-I love her.

I love Reagan and and finally know that now.

All those days I beat her up and bullied her must've been awful for her.

I know it's no excuse but I guess I did it because I knew I couldn't have her, and she just seemed so perfect but I guess not.

I've been here at the hospital now for 3 hours and I was starting to drift off.

***

I woke up to someone shaking my arm gently and whispering for me to wake up.

"Ye-yes?, sorry." I apologized.

"Sir, she is awake now b-"

I cut her off "I-is she okay?"

"Yes, she's fine...you were really lucky this time, if you would've waited any longer before calling she wouldn't of made it. She lost a lot of blood and consumed a lot of the liquid."

Hearing that made my stomach churn and I felt like I could kill myself.

"M-May I go see her?" I begged

"Sure, but she may be asleep." She smiled.

"Ok, thank you." I said before walking into the room. She just nodded kindly.

I walked in and I saw her just like I did when I first found her.

I didn't want to wake her but I couldn't help but grab her by the hand and squeeze it.

15 mins later I think she began to wake up...

Reagan's POV

Where am I? Am I dead? Is this heaven?

Were all of the thoughts running through my mind.

The last thing I remember was my stomach being pumped and me throwing up. A lot.

My eyes started to flutter open and I looked down and saw Calum looking right back at me. He was also gripping my hand.

I jerked my hand from his fastly not wanting him anywhere near me.

I then started crying. Again. I felt like a huge cry baby doing this for what seemed like the hundredth time today.

"Hey hey hey, shhh don't cry." Calum spoke up.

Then I felt him giving me a huge hug, I tried to push him off but he was much stronger than me, especially right now, so I just gave up and cried into his chest harder and harder.

It felt nice. It felt safe. I felt safe.

Calum's POV

It was now Wednesday night around six o 'clock and Reagan was finally released from the hospital. The time that she's been here wasn't too long but they wanted to be sure everything went well before she was allowed to go back home.

I stayed with her the whole time she was here and I loved waking up and going to sleep knowing she was right there next to me.

"You ready to go?" I asked her.
"Uh, yeah."

I thanked the doctors again before leaving the hospital.

The whole ride to her house was an awkward silence.

But I couldn't blame her, I mean I am her bully, or was?

I think I'm done with that now because NOW I want to show her how much I care. And how sorry I am.

We pulled into her driveway and she was having trouble walking so I just came around to her side of the car and carried her inside. I think she was so tired that she didn't even have enough power to fight me this time.

I walked up the stairs, Reagan still in my arms. I set her down on her bed and started to take her clothes off.

I eyed her body slowly, not in a perverted way, just, in a caring way. Sadness filled my eyes when I saw all of the bruises that I had given her in the past, and the fresh cuts on her arms from that awful day.

I started to take her jeans off.

"Calum, what are you doing?" She yawned.

"You need to rest and a nice bath so just relax, I'm not gonna hurt you ok?"

She just nodded looking away from my gaze.

I gave her a towel so that way she could take off her clothes, I didn't want to go that far. I did actually, but I want her to feel comfortable around me.

She was now just in a towel still looking gorgeous might I add.

I walked over to her and picked her up bridal style carrying her to the bathroom.

I put her down once we were in there. She then turned her back to me taking off her towel slowly. Man she-

"Calum could you help me...please."she said barley above a whisper.

"Yeah, sure." I then helped her into the tub. "Let me know if you need me or anything ok?"

She just simply nodded.

I began to walk out of the large bathroom but was surprised when I heard her say.

"Join me?"
