Ch.4 ~ Intruder

Lucinda's P.O.V.

It was dark by the time we finally left the mall. The sky was rather cloudy so no stars could be seen. We were waiting in the brightly lit parking lot in front of the building. Aphmau called Aaron and asked him if he could drop us off to my house. Although my house wasn't that far away, we had quite a few bags to carry and it was dark so none of us felt like walking all the way there at this time.

When Aaron arrived we all put our shopping bags into the trunk of the car and I ended up having to sit in the middle back seat between Katelyn and Kawaii~Chan who started arguing about something along the way. Lets just say it wasn't really fun.

When we got to my house, the three of us brought the shopping bags inside and left most of them in the living room while Aphmau stayed in the car to talk to Aaron for a bit. I took Y/n's things up to my room seeing as she probably won't be joining us. I looked her small light grey backpack in in which she kept her money and phone. Wait. If her bag is with me... then how is she gonna check her phone and see the message we sent her about going to my house? Shit.

Your P.O.V.

As I sat in the bath filled with warm water and pink bubbles I thought about how I left my phone with Lucinda too. I could have been using it now if not for my small brain. I looked at my feet. They were rather dirty from my dumb decision to run barefoot. I hope Aphmau doesn't kill me for just leaving her shoes outside the mall like that. They'll probably still be there tomorrow. I don't see why anyone would want to take a random pair of shoes they just found outside anyways.

There was a quiet knock on the bathroom door. I hid most of my body beneath the bubbles.

"Come in."

Gene walked in with a cup of peach and orange tea. I took the cup from him and took a sip. It was still a little hot.

"Thank you," I said, "it's very nice."

"No problem." I noticed he was looking at some shampoo bottles I placed on the floor earlier. He was blushing. How cute.

I decided to have a little fun with him while he was here and quickly grabbed his hand. The sudden movement and loud splash of water seemed to snap him out of his thoughts.

"What are you--" Before he could finish his sentence I pulled him towards me into the bath tub.

Lucinda's P.O.V.

When Aphmau joined us we decided to do some baking so we'd have something to eat for the sleepover.

"Guys!" Katelyn exclaimed, "We should watch a movie after this."

"Sure. What movie do you have in mind?" I asked.

"Actually I haven't really thought about that yet."

"Well you can do that while you help us wash the dishes."

"Ughhh. The only reason I suggested to watch a movie was because I didn't want to end up washing the dishes."

"Too bad. No movie until dishes are clean."

"Kawaii~Chan can wash the dishes." Kawaii~Chan offered.

"If you want to then I guess go ahead but really it should be Katelyn because she hasn't done anything to help us so far." I said.

"I took out the ingerdients." Katelyn argued.

"Wow. What a noble deed. Must have been such a hard task. We thank you for your sacrifice, Lady Katelyn." I replied in a sarcastic tone.
