Aurora walked into school with Scott the next morning. She saw Kira coming so she bid him goodbye and walked to her locker.

She jumped when arms wrapped around her from behind.

"Hey beautiful girl." the person whispered in her ear. Aurora smiled and turned to face her boyfriend.

"Hi handsome." she leaned up and kissed him. Liam hummed into the kiss and leaned her back against the lockers. "As much as I love that," Aurora pulled away a bit, "we're in the middle of the hallway with people all around us." Liam pouted and she pecked him lips.

She closed her locker as Mason approached them with a book in his hands. The bell rang and they started walking to their class.

"This is the book I was telling you about. I got it from a rare book dealer in Germany. Cost me 200 bucks but it was totally worth it." Mason told them as he flipped through the book.

"You're still reading about this stuff?" Liam asked as he intertwined his and Aurora's fingers.

"I was attacked by an armor plaited giant wearing a bear skull." Mason said. "It left an impression. Look. Look, have you ever seen anything like this?"

Aurora and Liam looked at each other trying to conceal the amusement in their faces.

"Uh, no. Never." Aurora shook her head and started pulling Liam into the classroom.

"And then there's this whole section about the Nagual. Have you ever heard of the name Tezcat-- Tezcatlipoca?"

"No, no, never heard of him." Liam said.

Liam and Mason sat down at their desks and Aurora was about to sit down when she looked at the girl in the next desk over.

"Oh great." she muttered under her breath. "Liam." he looked up at his girlfriend in confusion. "Switch seats with me."

"What why?"

The girl blew a bubble with her gum while looking at Aurora. Aurora gave a sarcastic smile. Liam and Mason looked at her in confusion.

Aurora looked around the room and all the other seats were taken.

"Aurora." she looked over at Mr. Yukimira. "You're not gonna just stand there are you?"

"Maybe." Aurora nodded.

"The whole semester?"

"I have strong legs." Aurora shrugged. Liam and Mason snorted. "So yeah, maybe."

"Aurora have a seat."

Aurora reluctantly sat down in the seat. She sat there for a second and then felt something on her butt. She sat up a little to see gum sticking to her jeans and the chair.

She looked up at Hayden with a glare. Hayden smiled innocently and Aurora growled under her breath. Liam's eyes widened and he intertwined their fingers under his desk. He rubbed his thumb across her knucked and she calmed down.

"Alright. Welcome to history 103."

Aurora peaked her head out of the locker room. She changed into shorts but the bad thing is, her ass almost hung out of them because they were small. She didn't have a jacket because she was stupid and forgot to bring one so she couldn't cover up with it. She made a run for her locker well aware of several boys eyes on her.

She felt hands on her ass and was ready to turn around and punch the person when she realised it was Liam.

"What the hell!?" he shrieked quietly.

"I know." Aurora breathed out. Liam stood behind her blocking the view of her butt.

"Aurora I can see your ass." Liam said as he set his hands on her hips and pulled her back to his chest. He was still stood behind her as she shoved her other pants into her locker.

"I know." she huffed.

"Boys are staring at your ass! Only I can do that!"

"I know!" she snapped. She took a deep breath and looked over her shoulder at Liam. "They were all I had in my locker since my other ones got gum on them. I forgot my lacrosse stuff in the Jeep." Liam sighed.

Yes, Aurora was trying out for the lacrosse team. After seeing how she played in one game, Coach told her to.

"You can't wear these." Liam shook his head.

"Liam what do you want me to do!?" she asked as she turned around with tears of frustration in her eyes. "You think I want all these boys looking at me like I'm a piece of meat? I don't have anything else and the Jeep is locked." Liam's eyes softened.

"Here." he took his jacket off and tied it around her waist.

"Thank you." she breathed out.

"I think I have a pair of sweats in the locker room. They might be big on you but it's better than these stupid things." Liam said.

"I love you so much." she leaned up and kissed his lips. She went to pull away but Liam put a hand on her jaw and kept her there. She put her hands on his hips and kissed him back.

They were broken apart when the locker door next to them slammed shut. They looked over to see Hayden, the girl from history class.

"Nice shorts." she commented.

"Thanks." Aurora pursed her lips. "You know I was wondering if you were still pissed off about middle school, but uh guess you cleared that up."

"Oh Rory I'm not pissed off. I'm vengeful." Hayden slammed the locker shut and then looked at Liam. "Cute boyfriend." she smirked then walked away.

Aurora growled and went to lunge at her but Liam grabbed her arms and held her back.

"Calm down baby." he whispered to her. He then spun her around. "Your eyes."

Aurora blinked to get her eyes back to normal.

"So what happened in middle school?" Liam asked. Aurora huffed.

"We were in class one time and she pulled one of my braids to get my attention and I may or may not have punched her in the face." Aurora shrugged innocently. Liam had an amused expression.

"You punched her in the face?" He chuckled.

"And broke her nose." Aurora scratched the back of her head. Liam looked at her with wide eyes. "The day before picture day." Aurora added shyly.

"You're telling me that my innocent Rory, broke a girls nose?" Liam asked.

"Hey I'm not innocent! I can be scary." Aurora defended. Liam gave her a 'really' look. "You don't think I'm scary?"

"not really."

"Fine. No make out session after school." Aurora held her head high as she went to walk away.

"Hey!" Liam whined. He followed after her like a lost puppy. "But I need my daily dose of you!"
