Chapter 33

After a week, Jimin and Taehyung went back to the ocean for a while and Jin is still with you. Nothing really changed much or should I say, there are some changes.

You did all the household chores for the past week before he could start doing them. You also added pillows on the couch so that it will be comfortable for him to sleep. You offered to let him sleep on your bed and you'll be on the couch but he declined it. You became more polite to him and you didn't really have an eye contact every time you speak. You couldn't. There are also times that some situations became awkward. You still felt embarrassed and guilty about the things you have done.

You were hoping he wouldn't notice the changes that was happening but there is also a side of you that knows he might have noticed that. It was kinda obvious so he probably did notice since you're an idiot.

"Thank you so much for hanging out with me"Jisoo said in a cute way, hugging you.

"No need to thank me. I missed hanging out with you anyway"you giggled, hugging her back. You took your bag and placed your dirty clothes there.

You had a sleepover at Jisoo's house last night because she missed having a girls night with you. Both of you watched a movie and styled each other's hair. You were still not good in putting on a manicure so she did it for you.

"Jin must have been lonely"Jisoo teased.

"I'm sure he's doing fine"you rolled your eyes. You're still worried though even if he's just in your house.

"I should go now"
You went out of her house and waved at her before going home.

You started walking and spotted the convenience store. You bit your lip, thinking if you should buy something for Jin. You shook your head and just continued walking, passing by the store.

Never mind.

You quickly turned back and went to the convenience store. You bought two sandwiches for both of you and also ice popsicles. After buying them, you made your way home.

Soon, you reached home. You furrowed your eyebrows, noticing that the front door isn't lock. It's quite open which made you gulp nervously.

Maybe the others are here.

You opened the door and placed your shoes on the shoe rack. You didn't hear any sound.

"Jin?"you called, arranging your shoe. You got no answer so you look up only to see Beomgyu sitting on your couch. You dropped the plastic on the floor that contained the food you bought earlier.

"Hi noona!"he exclaimed, running towards you.

This boy is loud af.

"What are you doing here? Why didn't you tell me that you are coming here?"you asked, looking around.

"What? I always come here every end of the month. How could you forget?"he laughed.

"Oh"

He saw the plastic bag on the floor and picked it up. He looked inside and immediately took the ice popsicle before handing it back to you.

"See? You already bought two foods which means you already know that I'll be here"he stated.

"Wait, are you expecting someone else? I'm sure I heard you call a name earlier"he questioned. You tried not to look suspicious.

"I didn't"you chuckled nervously. You look around and you didn't see anything that would look suspicious to Beomgyu. It was a good thing that you bought a drawer for Jin's clothes so that it wouldn't just be piled up anywhere.

"Are you staying here for the night?"you asked.

"No. I'm going home in an hour"he replied which made you nod.

"Too many school works"he added.

You placed your bag on the couch and sat beside it. You let Beomgyu take the other sandwich as well. After he finished the popsicle, he sat beside you with the sandwich and started eating them.

"Why did you leave the door open by the way?"you asked.

"The door was already like that when I got here"he answered, making your eyes widen.

What the heck?

"I'll go upstairs for a moment"you excused before making your way there.

As soon as you got up, your eyes immediately landed on your bathroom. You tilted your head, staring at it.

The door is open.

You look around your bedroom incase Jin is hiding somewhere. You looked under your bed only to find nothing. You also went to your bathroom but he isn't present. You made your way to the balcony and tried to look outside, furrowing your eyebrows.

"Where are you right now?"you asked, mumbling to yourself. You took your phone and dialed his number.

He isn't answering.

You let out a frustrated sigh and decided to worry about it later since Beomgyu might think it's weird you're up there for a long time. You went back downstairs and saw him talking to someone on the phone. You opened your refrigerator and took the grape juice for him.

"It's none of your business"you heard him scoff through the phone. You poured the juice on the glass and gave it to him as soon as he ended the call.

"Was that mom?"you asked.

"Yeah. She wants me to go home already"he said with a sad face.

"You should listen to her"you smiled and ruffled his hair.

"Just because I'm not in good terms with her, you should too"you added.
He took a sip from the glass and pouted.

"But I don't like it when she sometimes prevent me to be with you"he quietly said.

"Will you be okay?"he asked.

"I'll be fine. Now go home before she gets mad"you said, assuring him. He nodded and finished the glass of juice.

"It's sad that we just spent time together that didn't even last an hour" he pouted.

"We can still hang out next time"you comforted.

You took out your wallet and gave Beomgyu extra money for allowance. He didn't want to accept it at first but you insisted so he did. You opened the door for him and bid goodbyes as soon as he stepped out of the house. You watch him, walking away.

You checked your phone again if there are any messages from Jin but you got none. You pursed your lips, dialing his number again.

No answer again.

You grabbed your house key and decided to go out to the beach to find him incase he's there.

As you open the door and head out, you bumped your head onto something hard, making you groan. You were about to curse only for you to realize it's a chest.

"Are you alright?"he asked, patting your head.

"Oh.."
