I look up the apartment building, and let out a deep exhale, as I do I can feel hands wrap around my waist and a head rest on my shoulder, it was Eli. "You ready?" He asked, "ready as I'll ever be".
Eli and I go up to see the apartment while the others unpack the truck. We make it up to the door, I am basically ready to kick the door down at this point, I hug basically my entire body around his left arm while jumping up and down. He looks over at me "you ready?" "YES" I say. He puts the key and turns.
He pushes the door open to reveal a long hallway. "Allow me to give you the royal tour madam" he says while bowing at me. He turns to the right, opening the door revealing a large room with a bed "the master bedroom, for us", he walks through the bedroom to one side "and over here we have the ye old master bath and the closet next to it" he says in a British accent. I playfully punch him, he giggles "and if we leave this room, across the hall we have two offices, with a shared jack and jill bathroom, which one would you like?" He still hasn't stopped his accent, it's cute though.
"Sir Elijah the third, I would like this office" I say continuing the joke "Ahh fantastic madam, when we continue down this corridor, you will find the kitchen to your left, the dining room table in the middle and the living room to your right, with the kitchen and living room being partitioned by a bar type thing" we both laugh. I look over at him looking him dead in the eyes. "I love it" I say without the accent. We look at each other dead in the eyes, this is the man I want to marry. He pulls me in for a kiss. My parents then walk in with multiple boxes "little help here" my dad says with a strain in his voice, I quickly walk over to grab a box off the top, while Eli runs over to my mom, he tried to take all of her boxes but she refused. The boxes were labeled so we placed them in their designated rooms and went back down to grab more.
When we go down to the parking deck, I notice that Lilith is gone, "where is she?" I ask, "probably back at the house checking to see if we left anything", "oh ok" I reply. I picked up some more boxes and we brought them up. We put them in their designated rooms and went back down to get more.
As I was just about to grab more boxes I see Lilith's car pull up, she's not alone, I can't make out who is with her though. Eli and I start walking over to her, the back doors and passenger begin to open, and my out came Tommy, Tubbo and Niki.
Eli immediately ran over to Tubbo and Tommy, while I ran over to Niki, out of all of Eli's friends I bonded with her most. Her hug was gentle, it was nice. I look up at her "what are you guys doing here?" "We couldn't let you move on your own now could we" my eyes begin to water, before I could get anymore emotional, Tommy yelled out "Yeah now get over here bitch" motioning for me to hug him. I go over to hug him. I look up at Eli "did you know about this?" "I had no idea" I then turn to Lilith, she had an evil looking smile on her face "what can I say, I'm the best" I give her a hug. "Alright let's bring up some boxes" Tubbo says. "Good idea but first..." I then give him a hug.
They helped bring all the boxes up, it went a lot faster with them there. "Alright we have to head out" my dad said "goodbye mom and dad" I say giving them a hug.
Once all of the boxes were in the apartment we began unpacking. While Niki, Tubbo, and Eli were attempting to put the couch together Tommy and I were talking and unpacking the kitchen. He told me how happy he was for me, we talked for a while until Eli called my name, "y/n We need your helpppp" I scoff "could you guys really no figure it out?" They all looked down. I walk over to help them, I manage to put the pieces together in minutes. "Thank you" "haha looks like I'm gonna be the parent here" we all giggle before I go back to talking with Tommy.
"Where are y'all going to stay?" I ask, "Oh don't worry we have a hotel a couple blocks down the road, and I have a rental car showing up in a few" "oh okay perfect". We were only half way done with unpacking but it already felt like home.
Soon the car came and we said goodbye to Niki, Tommy and Tubbo. Eli and I raced from the living room to our bedroom and we both jumped onto the bed. He only won because of his long ass legs. We were both giggling, "I love you y/n" he said while looking down at me "I love you too". He pulled me in for a hug, and we just stayed there. We then quickly fell asleep in each others arms.
We were then woken up by Tommy and Tubbo jumping up and down on our bed. Niki was trying to stop them but to no avail. Eli and I looked at each other bursting out laughing. We then got up for the day. We finally finished unpacking. We looked at the finished product, Eli and I then looked deep into each other's eyes and kissed.
"EW YOU FUCKIN WEIRDOS" Tommy yelled out. I look over to Eli holding in my laugh "AT LEAST IM NOT SINGLE YOU PRICK" I yell back we all burst out laughing. "Let's leave them alone for a little" Niki said, dragging Tommy and Tubbo out of the room. We looked at each other and laughed.
We got up and got ready for the day. We walked out to the living room hand in hand. We looked back at our finished product. "This is ours" "yes it is" he pulled me in for a hug, resting his chin on my head like always.
