Usual suspects

He walks down the street, but he knows he's not strong enough to be an outcast and survive.
Who cares, he'll go back to work for the sperm bank. He didn't like it the first time and doesn't want to do it, but at least this way he could have his own money and save up to buy the Isis hormone. Granted, it doesn't work on men, but maybe....

Suddenly, the sound of a police siren interrupts his thoughts: a police car pulls up beside him and two uniformed women get out of it.
From what Orazio had understood, all police work is done by androids and drones, but it seems that this is not the case.

One of the women approaches him.

Policewoman 1: Hello, are you Orazio?
Orazio: (Surprised) Yes, how did you know?

The two women look at each other confused.

Policewoman 1: Augmented reality, how else?
Orazio: Huh?
Policewoman 2: What are you doing in this neighborhood by yourself? Do you live here?
Orazio: What is this, some kind of kidnapping?
Policewoman 1: We are just routine policemen doing routine police work. We belong to the volunteer police force. We are doing our job. Now answer my partner's question. What are you doing hanging around this neighborhood? Were you going to steal?
Orazio: Stealing? Wait, did you say volunteer?

The two policewomen laugh.

Policewoman 2: Yes, the android and drone section does most of the work, but some of us like to patrol for criminals.
Policewoman 1: Of course, even though it's volunteer work, our activity is supervised by the police department and this search is completely legal.
Orazio: Yes, yes, I live here. I just walk around because I like to get some fresh air. I didn't know the neighborhood had police.
Policewoman 1: Where do you live? We'll take you home and check that you're telling the truth.
Orazio: No, it's okay, I live on the outskirts of town.
Policewoman 2: But you just said you live here, did you lie to us?

Orazio complies with the police's orders.

Before Orazio can react, one of the policewomen jumps on his back and tries to struggle with him.

Orazio tries to resist, but the woman is much stronger than him and takes him down easily. Fucking hormone Isis.

The other officer takes out her baton and hits him several times in the ass with it.

Policewoman 2: Police brutality is a real thing!
Orazio: Stop it! Stop it!
Policewoman 1: Are you going to let us handcuff you without resistance?
Orazio: No! I surrender! There's no need to use force, I haven't committed any crime.
Policewoman 2: That's for a judge to decide. For the moment you are charged with obstructing an ongoing police investigation, resisting arrest and assaulting two members of the volunteer police. You have the right to remain silent. You also have the right to a lawyer and the right to a trial. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand that?
Orazio: Yes, of course.
Policewoman 2: That's good.
