Izzy POV

it's Saturday morning, and I'm eating breakfast with mom when Anna walked in.

"I'm going to be out late tonight." Anna said.

"Who's the boy?" Mom asked.

"Just some guy I been talking to for a while now," Anna said, "first date." Liar.

"I guess it's only gonna be me and your father tonight." Isaac is hanging with some buddies tonight in town.

I put my hand up, "what about me?"

"Your going to that party tonight." Anna said, I hate how Meg is making me go. I said I would totally not meaning it.

"Okay, I'll be back like what 11?"

"It's a party Izzy." Mom said, "you can stay out to 2:30, okay?"

"I'll be back way earlier then that."

Anna and mom share a lot.

"Sure."

We showed up early, nine.

"When does party's start?" I asked Meg, while getting out of Sexy.

"Ten thirty or eleven," Meg tells me. "I wanted to show up early, so you wouldn't get too freaked out."

I walk with her to the door and kiss her before walking in.

"Your too sweet."

We walk in and I see a couple guys near the big window, maybe like a DJ booth, some girls taking shots, and bongs...everywhere.

"Hey Ryan!" Ryan waves Meg over. Ryan has short black hair, wearing a red shirt with a X on it, made by duct tape, and blue jeans.

"Ohhhhh," Meg said, "I love your shirt." He spins around for her and bows.

"Thank you, your highness." She rolls her eyes and laughs.

"This is my super hot girlfriend Izzy," She tells Ryan and his friend. "Don't fuck her, she gays anyway, but still."

"Hey, I'm Josh," Josh has long brown hair, blue eyes, and wearing a Shirt with a girl holding a beaver and a razor. "It's nice to met you."

Honestly I'm not really getting a really vibe from him, but he is one of Meg's oldest friends, maybe it's nothing.

"Izzy do you want to help me get firewood?" Ryan asked, putting his coat on.

"Sure." I said.

We go out the back door and I'm regretting not wearing a coat when the wind hit us.

"The firewood really isn't heavy so you should be fine," Ryan said, "but you can get hurt, just watch out."

"How far is this firewood?" I asked, covering myself my body with my arms.

"Just a couple of minutes," he said, "weird right? The person who made it was stupid. I would have put it closer to the house, you know for when it snows and stuff. Oh Izzy your shaking."

He takes off his red coat and hands it to me.

"You don't have to," I said, already putting it on.

"I kinda of have to." He said.

"And whys that?" I asked, finally at the firewood.

"It's in the guys rule book," he said, "now I'm going to put my arms out and you are going to lay them long ways."
