Kendall's POV
After being trashed by my bestfriend I went to the garden to take my mind of her for a second and relax I can't believe I would come this close to ruin our friendship i need to control myself as I was there thinking I hear footsteps
I tuned around to see mae there
"Kendall can we talk?"she said I noticed her face all messed up and her eyes aren't like that before..they were bloodshot read
I came closer and embraced her while she was there crying on my shoulder what happened to her?
"Sure what is it?"I said
"Why did you guys hide the truth....why didn't you tell me Cara used to date my sister why?!"she said punching me on the chest but it didn't hurt
"Y-You found out about them?"I said nervous
"Yes!...thanks to my good for nothing girlfriend Cara!"she said broken
"I'm so sorry you ha to go through this Mae..."
I was still hugging her and telling her everything is gonna be alright with her and Cara but to be honest no matter how many times I said Cara's name is get hurt and never have anything...Mae's my chance I need to take her from Cara she doesn't deserve her she hurt her look at her now
"Mae....I won't hurt you promise"
As I said that I kissed mae I love her lips there soft like pillows she tastes amazing too better than imagined but she pulled away I don't know why?

Mae's POV
Kendall was kissing me at the garden but It doesn't feel right tho I pulled away
"Kendall..I can't do this I'm sorry I need to be alone "

"Sure I understand"she said and offered a fake smile
Good thing no one saw me kiss Kendall especially Cara I mean yes she hurt me but I still love her I ran out of the garden as I was running I felt something bad in me like I was getting dizzy with a headache I was running to find Kate when I almost reached her I saw Cara talking to her I decided to run the opposite way but my body didn't have enough to power to do that I passed out at the lockers I saw darkness

Cara's POV
I saw Kendall kissing my girlfriend she dared kiss mae I went to find kate to tell her everything that happened and hopefully get advice while I caught up to kate "kate....I need to talk you about something" as I was about to explain I saw mae there running but she seemed weak as I turned around she passed out at the floor not moving
"Oh my god Cara take her to the clinic!"kate yelled we both carried her to the clinic and the Nurse said
"She suffered from a heart attack.....she had a slow heartbeat...then she exhausted herself that's enough to to cause a heart attack
As I was about to come mae I hear ...Kendall
"Kate Is mae ok....!"she said
I looked at her with a DONT-touch-her look and touched Mae's face she seemed desperate and sat beside her I can't handle this anymore!
"Don't touch her you b*tch!"i yells
"Why Cara?!"she yelled angrily
"Because I was the one that trapped her into this I was the one that had a lot of messes in her family was I the one dated her...."I was being hurt so I punched her in the face...
"Don't you dare talk about Michelle like that!"shit where did that come from why Michelle!
"See you still like Michelle as far as I could see it your and her haven't broke up properly yet!"
I can't take this anymore I almost punched her when kate held my fists and mae spoke
"Stop this....I don't want you two to fight because of me!"she yelled and managed to stand up but failed
"Tell me Cara you like my sister you dated her....you used me to get to her you cheated on me but I stayed faithful to you all the time I mean sure Kendall kissed me but I pulled away.....I love you but you didn't love me back cause your in love with my sist....." She didn't finish her sentence she passed out again this time her breathing was low and undetectable I screamed at the nurse to take her to the hospital
While Kendall was driving I thought to myself did I cheat on mae to regain Michelle did I cheat....
"Look Cara I don't want someone to come between us....."
"Kendall do you love her?"
"Yes....you Cara do you like Mae?"
"I don't know?"
We arrived at the hospital and rushed mae to the ER
The doctor came in
"Ms.deleving Ms.jenner ms. Rodriguez here just had a heart attack her heart is weakening are somehow druged does she do drugs?"i haven't seen her with drugs tho
"There's another thing to her bloods dl is lowering does she have wounds that are deep?"
"No maybe not"
"Anyway she'll wake up soon don't try to force her "
After a few minutes mae worked up
"Mae your awake"I said
"Yeah?"
"So we need to talk mae....the doctors said you have a deceased lung your lungs are getting worst so is your heart do you do drugs?"
She didn't answer tho I was right
"Why on earth would you so drugs mae for gods sake do you wanna die!"Kendall screamed
"Yes I wanna die!"she fired back
"Calm down another question the doctors said your blood pressure wa low do you have wounds or scars?"I asked
She didn't answer again
I rolled up her sleeve to reveal cuts from her wrist still fresh
"Why mae?!.."Kendall said crying she does love mae
"Why mae do you want to die?!"I screamed
"Yes I'm so sick of life!they only give you cheaters!"
She referred to me
"Mae I didn't cheat on you....."
"Yes you did you dated my sister you used me to get to her!"
As she screamed Michelle walked in
"Baby how are you feeling?"she said hugging mae
"Get off me!"she screamed
"What's going on?"she said and looked at me kate and Kendall
"I know everything Michelle do you guys need to hide the fact that you two dated you should've just told me so i would've stop myself from loving Cara!"she screamed
"I'm sorry mae you had to find out but"
"But what Michelle....to keep the secret my whole life and just let me date a cheater like her!"
"Mae stop it!"Kendall said pushing her down to the bed controlling her
"All my life I've idolized you Michelle I looked up to you I trusted you j thought you'd never take what's mine but you already had it the first"
"I'm sorry mae I love you so much mae I don't want to hurt you I'm sorry you had to think of this as a bad idea Michelle and I broke up because she kissed zac!"I said
"I didn't kiss zac Cara she kissed me!"
"I don't Cara Michelle I love your sister and that's it!"
I tried to hug
"I'm so sorry Mae....."
"I just don't want to be hurt anymore all I want now is to D......."she didn't finish her sentence holy shit she passed out
"Michelle call the nurse!"
Michelle came back with the doctors trying to help mae breath there trying is she going to die....

Michelle's POV
My sister found out about me and Cara now she couldn't control her self now....she's sick we need to take care of her I rushed to the nurses and told everything they came to our room trying to get mae to breath I watched that pain ful sight it was too much to see my sister suffer she's only 17 no 17 year old can handle this family drama by herself I could feel Cara's pain on my side so was Kendall's and Kate's I feel there pain and agony
Then mae completely passed out
"She's fine she's just resting told you guys to don't let her have emotions real hard if it does again her condition will get worsen"
"Ok doc thanks"
As we wait again for her awakening she has to skip school we need medical care I need to talk to mom and dad about this
Kendall's POV
We are waiting for Mae's awakening I noticed Michelle.... Talking with someone at the phone
"Hello?......mom...dad?....yes we're fine....uhm about that...no...this is about mae......well we're in the hospital and....,don't freak out mom....she has a condition and uhm...she found out.....yes.....yeah...wait you'll go home when?....ok ok don't worry...stay safe....I love you guys...take care"
I looked at her then mae...oh men were in some shit today...
"Ken....?"Cara said
"Yeah?"
"How long is it gonna take?"
"What?"
"For her to forgive me...."
"You love her don't you....Cara I don't know but we can't press emotional drama on her remember?"
"I know Kenny....she suffered so much yet she still stayed faithful to us...."Cara said and broke down in tears
I kept thinking about mae
Finally she woke up I was so happy
"What?"she said
"How are you mae?"
"I'm fine I guess"
After 2 days mae was released at the hospital
She finally attended school again everything was normal mae understood how Cara felt now she didn't have an emotional breakdown anymore but I was still cautious about her.....she's been acting pretty weak I'm a bit worried about her she didn't eat she can't do physical stuff.....I remembered her and her drugs...why would she so drugs?!
