Cara's POV
She was okay?
I wish she was as I drove to the hospital
I felt tears in my eyes I called the first two persons in my phone it was kendall and kate

They arrived so early
"What the hell happened?!"kate
"There's was this girl that came into our house-mae she protected me"I collapsed on there arms
"Cara-Mae is strong she's been through a lot worse trust her she's going to be fine"

I held them both and cried
Then a man came near me
"Are you Cara Delevingne?"he said
"Yes?..why?"
"Well MAAM you see we discovered who is the woman that shot your wife?"
"Who is she?!"Id and startled kendall and kate and held my arms
"I swear to god if I find her I'll sue her for everything She's got and let her rot in prison"
"MAAM she's dead she has been stabbed in the throat by your wife"
"Who the hell is she?!"

I gaped my mouth open who knew all these years she still had the guts to hate my wife

I need a break to examine this events I sat down and hid my face with my hands
"Cara.."I looked up to see kendall
"It's okay"she hugged me and I proceeded to cry on her Shoulders

As I was about to close my eyes a doctor came
"Maam?"
"Y-yes?..hows my wife?"
He had a disappointing look in his eyes
"I suggest you say your goodbyes right now unfortunately I'm so sorry"
He sai and led us to the room where my wife was covered in a mask
She still had a little heart beat in her
I couldn't help but cry at this
"Mae-"kate spoke first
"Hey bestie-I hope you find someone-I'll be up there to guide you you know"she offered a smile I could never forget "you don't need to say anything I reply kate it's already great to have you here"
"M-mae"kendall was crying
"Kendall I know you loved me and you sacrificed yourself for me im grateful for that im so lucky i love you too"she smiled again which broke my hear even more
"Mae I've been waiting for you to say those words to me"she said and cried
"I know kendall take care of cara for me please?"her heart rate was getting weaker "m-mae?"she said and cried
"Cara.."Mae said I stood in front

I later found out that they were twins it made my heart melt
I was finally happy for once but knowing mae wasn't here to experience this news it then saddened me

"I know I never thought this day would ever come she's been throught so much for me"I said and wiped the year in my eyes
"Don't worry she's iba. Better place right now she's guiding you-she'll always be there to protect you she'll be there to help your twins why?"I turned around to kendall
"She loves you cara..and she'll never forget that"she placed a kiss on my cheek which I again smiled
"Mae I fell in love with her since middle school-we dated towards highschool and we got engaged to the end of college we had challenges that we somehow can't encounter with out eachother she saved me from situations I know I could never handle and she did everything she can to make me happy I love her and she'll forever leave a gap in my heart forever"I said I looked at kendall tearing up
I hugged her there

As we were about to leave
I looked at Mae one last more time
"Mae,baby,wife,friend I'll miss you I promise to visit as much as possible"

I felt the babies kicking
