Chapter 53

Mae's POV
Who knew our vacation could end so fast Huh? Well we arrived at the airport tomorrow is school so I have to go home early
"See you tomorrow guys!"kendall screamed at me
"Ken..well still be seeing eachother tommorow"kylie pulled kendall of me
I halted a taxi and kissed cara goodbye
"You sure....you don't want me to drive you home?"he said worried
"Don't worry besides you need to rest go starlight home I'll be fine"I gave her a reassuring smile and boarded the taxi
I waved and bid goodbye to her
----40 minutes-------
I arrived home I unpacked the stuff I had and hanged a few pictures in the wall I noticed they were a lot i immediatly turned to a picture where me and cara were making out at the beach there was also a picture of me and kylie having ice cream in our noses I also had a picture with kendall where she was kissing my cheek and cara was annoyed I laughed at the pictures I realized how I have good times.this reminded me of the worst years of my life.I was adopted at the age of 5 I can still remember the hurt they put on me in the orphanage I was the bullied...everyone hated me no one protected me it was just me then a couple came in and took me out of that he'll whole that's when my life started but as time passes u could still remember the people who left me hurt me I tried to kill my self for the hurt 'you're worth nothing' 'kill yourself already!' And the most painful 'no one will ever love you' I self harmed when I was 12 I still do it to be honest but when cara came into my life she turned me around as the memories flashback of that orphanage tears began to stream it was 5:00 in the afternoon I decided to take a walk I went out of the house I passed an alley way it was somehow dark was I lost? I heard noise near i turned around as I saw it I was choked against the wall struggling to breath
"S-stop....."I said I realized I have sensitive lungs I began to cough blood
"Who knew killing you would be a peice of cake"she was masked its a she
"W-who are you?!"I said trying to breath heavily
"None of your business"she punched me I fell to the floor bleeding I tried to stand up
Helplessly i was kicked
I fell down and tried to get up helplessly again
"I'll let you fight back to give it alittle more action"she said I quickly stood up and punched get it she dodged it quickly and threw me I landed on my back shrieking with pain I felt bruises on my body I couldn't move from exhaustion but I need to survive as fast as I can I kicked her and ran to the crowder streets of New York I can see I have a fast advantage it was night time and dark plus I can run fast I managed to lost her in the crowd I bumped in to someone instead
"K-karlie?!"
"Mae?!what the hell are- what happened to you?!"she said holding me by the shoulders"I couldn't give in the exhaustion I can see my vision blurred
"Mae?!"karlie said I couldn't handle the pain anymore I collapsed all I saw was darkness

Cara's POV
I arrived at my flat 5:00 in the afternoon...vacation
I unpacked my things and climbed into bed I pull out my phone and called mae
It was ringing
"...."
No one was answering I called again still nothing I looked at the clock 5:50 I assumed she took a bath or something I waited abit I watched a movie I pulled out a tub of ice cream
-------1 hour later------
I was watching the ending of titanic as jack was freezing and rose was on the board thing jack wasn't breathing anymore it reminded me of the dream I had I could still remember the ring she gave me decorated with diamonds I felt her necklace it was beautiful I began to cry I looked at my phone
"It's 6:50..calling her"I called her on my phone
"Hello?"a very familiar voice answered it wasn't her tho
"Who's this?"
"Cara?!is that you?!-michelle"
"Where's mae?"she was sobbing I heard on the other line
"M-mae isn't here?!"she said with tears
"Where is she..?! "
"C-cara...I'm scared where's my little sister"she's crying really hard
"Don't worry...I'll figure out a way"
"Cara....please find her I'll do the best I can"she said and hung up
I immediately shut the tv I stared at my phone where the hell is my girlfriend
She went home I know it
Or if something held her back I better go to Kendall's maybe the dream came true as I realized it I went broke I ran to my car down and quickly rode to Kendall's I'm waiting for the moment of truth
