"A drink for Na-Huhta Sad Monk?"

shouts a man who had long black hair with a patch of white that is tied loosely behind his back. His bangs covered parts of his eyes, and he was often feared by many of his co-workers and customers. One customer, in particular, showed no fear of him and the man wanted to see how far this individual could go with his teasing.

Nahyuta, who was a working prosecutor, was sitting at a table by the window reading papers for a case he was working on. Once he heard his name totally butchered his ignored it because it made sense for people to mess up his foreign-sounding name. He got up for his table and walked over to claim his drink but the barista stood there smirking creepily at Nahyuta. However, the prosecutor was unfazed and snatched his drink from his hands.

"Much appreciated..."

Nahyuta squints at the nametag and it read 'Simon'

"Much appreciated, Simon."

said the man as he walked back to his table to finish his long-desired coffee. Simon was shocked by the man's attitude but it intrigued him to tease him further. Simon glanced as Nahyuta was scribbling something down in a file while taking frequent sips of his coffee. Something about him made Simon's stomach flutter and his heart race.

What was he feeling?

The barista continued to watch this peculiar customer do his work at the table and examined his slender fingers gripping the pen that wrote swiftly. Simon wanted to engage more with this customer but how? The man took a random cup from behind the counter and acted as though he was going to be serving it to a table near Nahyuta.

While he walks, he is going to fake trip and dump the drink on the customer and see how he reacts. Simon rushed out the door with a drink on his tray and performed the plan. The black-haired man faked his trip, and the tray flew up in the air. To Simon's surprise, the quick reflexes of that customer caught the tray and balanced it on one hand.

"I believe this belongs to you"

Smiled the prosector. Simon's eyes widened. Not only was this customer attractive, but he was intelligent and was quick-witted. Simon got up and brushed off his pants. His bangs shielded his eyes that had failure written all over. He had underestimated this customer. Simon retrieved the tray and returned to the counter where he sat on a stool defeated. What else could he try? The man was perfect at everything. Simon glances over to the man of his interest's table and he saw him gathering his papers.

He couldn't leave right away?!

He barely got to mess with him. Simon hops up from the chair and rushed over to Nahyuta. He shifts his head and says,

"You seem to admire me quite a bit. What is it that you did?"

Simon flushes and says.

"I would like to take you out on a date some time..."

Which surprised the monk out of calamity. He had never been invited out before and especially by someone who looked as handsome as this barista did.

"Ah, um- of course! I mean, I would love to."

Simon smirks as Nahyuta hands him a phone card. "That is my number!" and the man rushed out with his file in hand. Simon cupped the small, beautifully designed card in his hand and held it up to his chest.

Nahyuta Sahdmadhi... What a charming name.

Thought Simon as he hung up his apron for the day. Excited for the day he could see that customer again.
