Villan name- Dark Fey
Powers-*fairy Tail Magic* She telekinetically control or levitate anything just thinking about it other stuff she needsto rememberthe right spell so she is almost always reading her spell book. She is able to curse people and cast spells. She can fly and when she is angry she can make items float around her.
Drawbacks- Has to eat and sleep a lot for powers to work also needs to know what exactly she is doing with her powers or can end up hurting her self.
Personality- She is very nice and cheerful but hates heros cause they killed her parents while they were being bystanders. When she uses her power it's like she has a split personality that shows up when she's mad and cause of the she is low key a sadist and masochist. Join a the league cause they show the most promise of getting rid of heros.
