Info- lives with her Uncle Bob who is an Invintor.
Personality- She is calm thoughtful, spacey and strange to the point of utter cluelessness. Is very much a free spirit, she often listens to her heart more than her head. She's an easygoing soul who is eager to please and be everyone's friend. Her sense of loyalty is unmatched and has a upbeat way of looking at everything. Unfortunately, jokes and expressions do not get very far past her doorstep, and she takes hyperbole very literally.
Powers- Able to control Water, freeze or boil and as well as forming it into various shapes or using water to create fountains are also able to create bubble messages, is able to understand the language of aquatic fauna, talk and breath underwater.
