INFO: Dad- Is a veteran, Mexican (sleep quirk, makes stuff go to sleep by using a stop watch by hypnotizing them), Mom-Is a police officer, Japanese, (insomnia quirk never sleeps)
Quirk: Tranquil- Can make people go to sleep with physical contact, last only 1 1/2 hours. Has Insomnia quirk never sleeps.
Draw back: Quirk never turns off can not physical touch some one, can not use on oneself.
