afterlife (DR V3 SPOILERS!)

I felt Sayaka's hand on my shoulder.

"Hey Kokichi...i have to ask you something. I asked this to everyone who died."
I nodded."Go ahead."

"You can choose if you want to go to heaven, or you can stay here untill the killing game is over, and then you can go to heaven."

I looked in her eyes. "H-how many persons chose to st-stay?"

She answered:" Untill now, 1 person asked to stay. I can't say who, but im not lying, i promise."

I looked at the ground again. I stopped crying, and took a deep breath.
"I..i wanna stay. I wanna see what's gonna happen. I wanna see...that the others will win the game."

Sayaka touched my head, and on that moment, i saw the truth.
I saw everything.
The truth behind...the killing game...Danganronpa.

"Now, you can go to the dining hall. The person who chose to stay is there too."

After i said goodbye to Sayaka, i ran to the dining hall.
I opened the door to the dining hall...and then, a shiver ran through my body.

He was sitting at the table. He didn't noticed me yet.

Gonta Gokuhara.
The person...who killed Miu for me...

"G-Gonta?" I stuttered.
He slowly turned his head to me, and then, his eyes widened.

"K-Kokichi? But..you can see Gonta...then..killing game..didn't stop?"

I collapsed, and cried.
"I-im so sorry Gonta..it's my fault..."

I felt a hand on my shoulder.
"Kokichi...its okay. Gonta is okay."

I looked at him, and he looked back.
"Wh-why...did you choose to stay?" I stuttered.

"Gonta wanted to see friends again..Gonta failed to protect them! So gonta stayed so he can still protect friends...but Gonta failed..Kokichi got killed.."
Gonta cried. My heart fell apart.
"Gonta...they didn't killed me..." I tried to find the words to explain it.

"The one who 'killed' me, was Kaito, but...we worked together to end the killing game."

"How Kokichi died? Gonta is curious."
I laughed, while i received flashbacks of my last moments.
"I got crushed with the hydraulic press in the exisal Hangar."

Gonta cried again.
"That's...horrible death! You didn't deserved this!"
I smiled. "Well, that's not true. I deserved it. After everything i did..i think i deserved it to suffer."

We looked around when we heared the morning annoucement.
"It's morning already?" I said.

Gonta looked at the door.
I looked at the door, and i almost collapsed again, because he was there.

My boyfriend, Shuichi.
I walked to him.. while i knew i was invisible for him.

I cried. "Shumai...im here...i think you'll see me soon...but not in a good w-way.."

Then, someone entered the dining hall, and Gonta and i walked away.
It was her...Tsumugi Shirogane..the mastermind.

Gonta looked at me, and i looked at him.
"Tsumugi...is mastermind.."
Gonta stuttered. I heared the fear in his voice.
I felt realy scared too.

She made us suffer...
The door opened again and Himiko,Kiibo and Maki entered.
Then i realised..they were holding the electro hammers. But Maki..was holding a knife.

I knew why.

They were going to free Kaito.
They would see me.
They would fall into despair...

Again.
And again.
