Chapter 3 Jenn's Little Angel

I got Andrea to put Maddison to sleep. I did a Jen's top ten. After that I went down stairs and read a book about taking care of children when I got to the chapter of behavior I got a little afraid on how stubborn they could be. Andrea smiled as she saw my face your on chapter 26 aren't you?" I nodded "Andrea we do our on thing around her but I don't want her to become a trouble maker.i said Andrea smiled handing her to Lauren "Jen we have a while until we have to worry about that she's not even one." I looked up as Lauren handed her to me. "Andrea do you think I'm doing this right?" Andrea looked confused as I added "I mean being a mom?"

"Jen there's no way to be a perfect parent." Then I heard a knock on the door. I opened it dan stumbled inside and fell to the floor.we looked at him as he rolled over his lip was bleeding as was his Head. "Lauren.....call....Amanda she...she knows what to do." Then Dan's eyes closed." Lauren picked up his wrist and sighed "he has a pulse." Lauren called Amanda then Andrea then did her best to move him and get him to the sofa. Five minutes later Amanda arrived with a girl. "Who is she? I asked Amanda as the woman kneeled down with a med kit opening it she took out a syringe with something red in it. "This is Dr. Largent." Amanda said "I'm actually a nurse but I am kind of Dan's personal physician." We all eyed the large needle "What's that?" Andrea asked Renae looked up. "You don't want to know, Lauren, Andrea I need you to hold him down." My friends nodded "oh and don't freak out but Dan's eyes might glow for a sec." She said Lauren, Andrea and I looked up "what?" We all asked. Amanda stared us down asking if we wanted Dan to live? We all nodded. "Jen open his shirt!" I didn't hesitate put Maddison down and ripped open Dan's shirt. Amanda cut a line across Dan's chest something black appeared. After bandaging that nothing happened "did he even feel that?" I asked worried Amanda shook her head. "Trust me he'll feel this." Renae stated she stuck the needle in Dan's chest Dan's eyes opened and his eyes glowed red for a second.

As he gasped for breath he looked around. Maddison was crying I smiled and helped Dan up. "Hey champ feeling better?" I asked dan nodded. I carried Maddison to her crib and gave her, her teddy bear. Maddison closed her eyes and I put a blanket over her. Then I kissed her on her forehead and leaned close to the thing that has bought me so much joy over the past three days.
"Sleep tight my little angel." I whispered in her ear. Then I went to bed myself not caring about Dan's red eyes.
