Chapter 5

"Brianna come over here!" Said my dad.
I ran up to him and he caught me in his arms. He then started throwing me up in the sky and I acted like I can fly.
"Let's make a sand castle sweetie," he said and I helped him make the biggest sand castle.
"Be careful with the crabs Bri, they'll pinch you if you mess with them," my mom yelled at me.
"NOO!" I yelled and jumped on my dad.
"It's ok Brianna," he said while hugging me, "I will always protect you no matter what sweetie."
I wake up in my room. I lay there for a few minutes and I said to myself,
"That was a good dream," and I got up to brush my teeth.
When I finished brushing my teeth I put on leggings with a sports bra and my Nike shoes. I was going to workout, I grabbed my phone and mini Louis Vuitton bag. I always brought that bag to my workouts instead of my purse. As I'm running downstairs I text Bryan to meet me at our gym so we can workout together.
"Good morning Bri where are you going?" She said to me.
" Morning mom, I'm going to workout for an hour or two at our gym," I replied.
"Ok well when you get back I want you to FaceTime Cody to see how his day went."
"Really mom?"
"Yes sweetie and if you don't your not hanging out with Bryan no more." She demanded.
I sighed and I got into my Matte Black Maserati and drove off. As I'm driving I call Bryan to see if he's already there.
"Good morning Beautiful," he answered.
"Morning are you there already?" I asked.
"Yes, I'm walking in and I'll get a locker for us."
"Ok I'll be there in 5 minutes."
"Ok drive safe, I love you," he said.
"I love you too." And then I ended the call.
When I get there I park my car and head inside. I greet the worker and head to the lockers. I walk over to Bryan, he hugs me, then lifts me up.
"Oh my God Bryan," I said laughing.
He then put me down and kisses me. He hugged me and asked me how my sleep was.
"It was ok, I dreamt about him again," I told him.
"Your dad?"
"Yea," I said while stretching.
"Don't be sad Bri, at least was it a good dream?" He asked.
"Yea it was about the sand castle," I replied.
"That ones a good one," he said while he kissed my forehead.
I smiled and we started to work out. We shared AirPods so we can listen to the same music while working out. While we were on the treadmill we started to sing our song along. We started laughing and people started staring at us with smiles on their faces.
"They think we're cute together," Brian said.
"Nah they probably think we're crazy," I replied laughing.
And hour and a half later we finished our workouts. I take a picture of our results and Brian kept on doing funny poses. I laughed and he opened the locker, we took our stuff out and head to the entrance. We waved at the staff members and head out to my car.
"Want to get frozen yogurt really quick?" He asked.
"Yea let's go." I said. And we race in our cars to the frozen yogurt store.
"I win!" I yelled when we get in front of the frozen yogurt store.
"Sure cheater." He replied and laughed.
We go in and we start looking at the different type of flavors. As we're looking a lady bumps into me and turns around. She says, "Hey weren't you the girl who I took a picture for yesterday?"
"Yes," and I chucked.
"Oh hey how's your day?" And she looked over at Bryan and said, "Didn't you have another boyfriend yesterday?"
My face turned red and I told her, "No that was my friend yesterday."
"Oh ok," and she starts laughing weird.
"I thought your were a hoe for a second," she said.
Brian then pulls me closer to him and the lady walks away. I looked up at him and said, "What the hell, her laugh was crazy."
"I know she's weird," he said as we walked to the cashier to pay.
Bryan then pays for our frozen yogurt and we sit outside at a table. I then asked him how his day was yesterday and what did he do. He responded saying he worked out and that he went for a swim.
"It would have been better if you were with me," he said.
I sighed and looked down at my frozen yogurt.
"I'm just playing Bri I didn't want you to feel bad or anything. I'm sorry." He said.
"No it's ok. I just don't like how my mom wants me to be with Cody. I love you and not him."
Bryan leaned over and kissed me, "It's going to be alright Bri. She'll get use to me sooner or later."
I smiled and kissed him again. We then finished our frozen yogurts and I hugged him goodbye. As I got into my car I check my phone and see a text.
"Hey beautiful want to eat dinner at my place?"
It was Cody, I sighed and looked up and waved Bryan goodbye. I fasten my seatbelt and drive out the parking lot.
"I'll tell Cody tonight that I just want to be friends and nothing more," I said to myself in the car. "Hopefully he'll understand and my mom will too."
"Just hopefully."
