"Kenma."
"Hey, Kenma."
The voice just kept repeating itself. It was a muffled sound thanks to the noise and music of his earphones but he couldn't help but get distracted.
"Kenma, can you hear me? Hey."
"What?" he finally pulled his earphone wire and swayed his head to the side, sighing.
"Time to go," a black-haired boy near the door replied. Kenma recognized it was Kuroo, his senior and childhood friend.
"Is it?" Kenma murmured before checking the time on his phone.
"Mhmm, let's go," Kuroo said. "Your favorite time of the day, practice!"
It made the blonde roll his eyes to the sarcasm. He stood up from his seat with his phone still on his hand, unwilling to quit his game.
"What are you playing this time?" Kuroo asked while the younger walked towards him.
"Same old."
"Is it that good? You don't really play mobile games."
"It's okay."
"Is it a multiplayer game? Like pvp? Is that what it's called?"
Kenma nodded twice, much to Kuroo's approval.
"Then maybe I should try that too," Kuroo said.
"You'll get annoyed with the final boss."
"Why?"
"She's broken."

Souls QuestMoon Tower
The sound of swords sparrowing and its metal clink could be heard floors away from the top floor. It was usually followed by loud blowing of the wind, sometimes the cracking of fire, or maybe the gush of water.
"Hey, mage, go front now!" a man yelled.
"I can't, my spell isn't ready!" another one cried.
"Grunt's health meter lowered for a bit, hurry now," a different voice commanded.
It was a team of three fighting against the guardian of the tower, Grunt.
"Shit, my shield is reaching its limit! Hurry up, dumbass."
"I can't, Grunt's too broken fo-" one of them exclaim. However, before they could finish, the enraged guardian pulled off another attack.
"Come on, this is too unfair!" they cried as their bodies hit the tower wall.
"You are the thirtieth human I've fought for this hour yet not even a single impressive one," Grunt finally spoke before giving the final blow, her signature attack.
"How foolish."
