a/n This is my first time writing anything; like ever so sorry if its really bad. I did go over it but I dont think there are any mistakes. hopefully you like it and please let me know if I should change anything about how I write! Also this part is Angie's point of view, the next one if you want it will be someone else's point of view.

It was the beginning of November and a cold day in New York but the sun was still shining through the clouds. Fall was her favorite season. She liked the cold breeze against her face and the feeling when you walk into a warm shop. She was wondering around downtown on her day off just to get out of her apartment. It did not feel the same after Alex had just moved out. She was letting him stay with her until Betsey found somewhere for both of them. She was wearing the new light pink sweater that Betsey had just bought for her, paired with bleached jeans and some black flats.

Angelica found herself outside of her favorite coffeeshop. The warm, sweet air hitting her cold, rosy face the moment she walked in.

"Hi Angie" A man from behind the counter said as she walked in

"Good afternoon Laf" She replied to him, a soft smile grew across her face when she saw a good friend greet her

"Your usual?"

"Yes, but cinnamon not Carmel"

"Oui! I will have that for you soon" Lafayette turned to go make her coffee.

Angelica watched as he talked to a woman who she assumed was new. She could not see her face, as the woman's back was turned to her. All she could see was her long, black-ish brown curly hair moved back behind her shoulders. Lafayette showed her how to make Angelica's cappuccino. Once it was finished he put the coffee in her hands and ushered her to go give it to Angelica.

The woman walked over the the register and put the coffee down for Angelica to take. Angelica looked up from her phone to now see the woman's face. Angie's eyes widened. She was as beautiful as a sunset on a summer night.

"Here is your cappuccino" The woman spoke and smiled a comforting smile.

Angelicas heart fluttered at the sound of her beautiful voice and her smile that was comforting  and sweet. She could feel her face getting warm and she knew she was blushing.

"Thank you" Angelicas voice was shaking. She was nervous. She handed her card to the woman but it fell out of her hand. She was making a fool of herself and she was a blushing mess.

The woman picked up her card and swiped it.

"Angelica Schuyler" She said as a bigger smile grew across her face. "That is a beautiful name for a beautiful person" She typed in some things on the screen and waited for the receipt to print. "My name is Maria, Maria Lewis" She handed Angelica her receipt.

"Thank you, your name is very beautiful too" She could tell in Maria's voice she was also nervous.  Angelica was able to read how people talk and look. After Many parties, being around people and especially being friends with some royal family it was a special talent that she had. Angie took her receipt and coffee then walked over to a table by the window and sat down.
