◇26.THE THREAT TEXT◇

Rose POV

I closed the curtains as I was sure Brady was not going to leave. As soon as I heard his car leave, I opened my windows , and looked at how beautiful the sky was.

A beautiful Orange and yellow mixture with a hint of blue.

The view made me feel bright and happy and peaceful. But wait!

Why is it so quite today? Where's Stella?

I searched the whole House but she was nowhere to be seen.

There was an uncertain fear rising up inside me. What if......Nope, nothing will happen to her.

I picked up my cell phone and tried calling her.

"God damn it! Why is this girl not picking up."

I tried to call again but I noticed the message notification. She had messaged me that she's going to her friend's.
Friend? What friend? Where does this friend stay? The message lacked details.

Wait, I sound like a mother. Why am I so worried about her?

Or....am I jealous that she's having a friend other than me and I don't know about her whereabouts?

I kept my phone aside ignoring the unnecessary worries and moved to the kitchen to have something to eat.

I was halfway down the apple pie which was left over from last night when my phone buzzed.

It was Brady.

"Hey Beautiful!"
I giggled at his changed demeanor.

"Hey Brady! What happened?"

"I- , nothing. I was just missing you."

"Already?" I smiled at his childish behaviour.

"Okay, I just thought we should all give a visit to Giselle's parents, you know Ryan's the only one meeting them."

"Yeah that sounds good we will meet them tomorrow." I said

Just then a message popped on my phone.

Stop searching for answers which doesn't have anything to do with you.
The person who's gonna die is gonna die.
You can't do anything about it.
But if you don't stop, you are going to be next.

Mia.

The message was a shocker for me.
Mia had texted me? Given away her phone number?

Over all she had the courage to send the message threats , but why me?

"Rose!Hello? Are you there?" Shouted Brady which made me come back from my thoughts.

"Uh-Hello." I said unsure of whether I should tell him or not.

"Did you get the text too Umm.. from Mia?" He asked.

"Gosh! Yes ...how did she know we are doing something?" I asked in fear.

"Ofcourse there's someone among us whose giving her the information." He said.

"See! I told you it was foolish to discuss our plans with everyone." I started blabbering.

"Rose, listen to me , this is not the time. Did you get a small squared sheet paper?" He asked silence following.

I looked around my room but nothing.
