Curtis sister + Dally Imagine: You're under arrest

     Hey yall so this was requested by @outsiders_thingz  ...I hope you like it!

     Me and Dal are best friends, he is always there for me, besides Ponyboy. We were at the drive in when someone tapped me on the shoulder.We both turned around to see Cherry, standing there smirking.

"What do you want Cherry," I said, Cherry and I don't really like each other.

"Oh I just wanted to let you know that I got your little twin brother Ponyboy, wrapped around my finger...he will do anything I want when I want," Cherry said, putting her hand on her hip.
"Okay Cherry, and I care why," I said sassily.

"Oh don't worry, you will care," she said.

"Whatever, fuck off Cherry," I said and Cherry walked over to the concession stand (I dont really know what its called).I rolled my eyes and looked over at Dal, he hated Cherry too.

"I...uhh...will be right back," I said before getting up.Dal nodded and I walked away.I walked over to Cherrys car and pulled out my switchblade.I knew it was her car she was the only soc here, so it was the nicest car here.I slashed her tires and walked back to Dal like nothing happened.

"What did you do," Dal asked seriously.

"Nothing worth talking about," I said and Dally rolled his eyes.We were focused on the movies when we heard police sirens.We looked behind us and saw that a police officer pulled into the drive in.I immediately got nervous when I seen the officer walk over to a angry Cherry.I grabbed Dals arm and his eyes grew wide.

"Y/n, what did you do," Dally asked seriously.

"I just slit her tires...maybe she won't think it's me...there's tons of greasers here," I said.Then Cherry pointed to me.My eyes grew wide when the officer walked over to me and Dal.

"Excuse me mamm...did you slash that young ladys tires," the officer said seriously.I was frozen, I didn't know what to do or say.

"No she didnt...I did," Dal said as he stood up.My mouth dropped as I stared at him.The officer nodded and put Dally in handcuffs.My mind was all over the place.I have never seen Dal get arrested before.I know he has but I have never seen it.I just stood there watching my best friend get put in handcuffs.That's something you can never unsee.
"Can I have a minute to say goodbye," Dal asked and the officer nodded.He didn't take the handcuffs off Dally he just let go of his arm.I ran over to Dal and wrapped my arms around him.He couldn't hug me back, but I knew he wanted too.

"Dal, why did you take the blame for me," I whispered, cause I knew the officer couldn't hear.

"Because kid...you can't go to jail...you too young...and I don't want you getting taken away from your brothers...and besides I will be fine, it's not the first time I've been in the cooler," Dally whispered back.I looked up to him as tears filled my eyes and began falling down my cheeks.

"I wish you didn't have to go Dal...what am I gonna do without you," I said.

"Common Y/n...you will be fine without me...I wont be in there that long anyway...okay...so stop crying, and be good while I'm in there...okay," Dally said as the officer came over to us and grabbed Dals arm.

"Okay," I said quietly as I broke the hug and the officer took Dally and began walking away.I watched as he put Dally in the car and drove away.I wiped my tears away and walked home.When I walked in the house Pony, Soda, and Darry ran over to me worried.

"Y/n, where have you been," Darry asked.

"The drive in, with Dal," I said as I looked down.

"Well where's Dal," Soda asked as he pulled my chin up and moved my hair out of my eyes.He realized I had been crying and pulled me into a hug.

"He was arrested," I said into Soda's chest.Soda broke the hug and Pony ran over to me and hugged me.

"Why," Darry said as he joined the hug and kissed me on the forehead.I explained everything to them, they knew how close me and Dal were so they confronted me for the rest of the night...
